They just hit my bank for a bogus $251 charge out of nowhere.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO AWAY CALL THEM FIRST
The number showed up on my caller ID as USAA They asked if I was traveling. I told them no.. They told me someone was using my account to make a purchase at CVS and Walmart in Atlanta GA. After looking into my account I saw 8 unauthorized transactions and called USAA. They didn't process any of those transactions and fixed my account... Thank you USAA it could have been a disaster for me.
It says it’s located in newnan Ga. This town parti****tes in human trafficking - might wanna TRACE THE OWNER OF THIS FRAUD GROUP- asap ( usaa crime rings, btw)
This is a spam call. I refused to confirm my info and he said ***** you bytch. Then I said ok and will you lick me too? And he s****ed a whole ********* conversation. SMH I also called my bank, USAA, and they said it wasn't them.
Should not be allowed by law to make these UNWANTED calls
Not sure if fake, but did call USAA tech support to help with login. Believe this is old main USAA line, but using people from out of state likely per COVID. On repeat prompts for USAA over and over. I was furious by time a person answered. A girl answered to get me logged back in said in Utah. Snow!? Getting strange calls from long 50 years lost relatives from spouses family, hard to tell legit from FRAUD. CAUTION! Hate dealing online and on phones. Never know who you are REALLY talking to.
Scammer says from AZ
******** scammer
I have software on my phone that will automatically disconnect calls from numbers without a caller ID. The calls I have received from USAA have all had a caller ID and if I were available I answered. I don't knw why a USAA telemarketer would be calling me as I already have home and auto insurance with them.
Caller pretends to be my son. Crying like he is in distress.
Comments say the call was from USAA—not from any number I have for them. This call was from Sacramento; USAA is in Texas. May they have only misery!
They advised they where with USAA fraud division. Had my information. Advised of false charges. Then requested my account pin to process a new card. I contacted USAA and they had no knowledge of fraudulent activity. No issues noted on my account.
Carolyn A Yarbrough, North Dakota
USAA
I have been with USAA since 1964, and have found the integrity and insurance services first rate.
this is a fantastic organization in my humble opinion. My ***her spent over 30 years as a United States army service member. he is a retired colonel and for his sacrifices and his duty to the United States Army USAA not only gives him benefits but also his wife and his 3 children myself included. I have found USAA to be extremely helpful courteous kind for either active or retired Armed Services members and their families.
Usaa insurance
USAA AUTO INS.
Legit number.
Just because the number is legit, that DOES NOT mean that w***ver is calling is legit. This is because it is easy to forge the caller ID number. If you want to do business with USAA, then call them back to do so. DO NOT accept any excuse from the caller as to why not to call back because you really don't know who the caller is. The phone companies make NO EFFORT whatsoever to ensure the accu**** of caller ID.
Ok
Love USAA , legit number
I have auto insurance, bank accounts, and credit cards with USAA. Representatives are always nice and get things done.
USAA. They called to inform me that there was a su****ious transaction made to my checking accout and they wanted to verify it with me before they authorized it. Its a good thing they caught it or someone would have made off with $2500 of my money!
you don't have to be an officer to have Ussa!
you don't have to be an officer to have Ussa
These guys are legit, one of the best insurance companies out there. Any other feedback here is BS coming form perpetual whiners.. Not everyone who calls you wants to hurt you! (but yes, we all want to harass you)
This is USAA fraud prevention line.
I don't answer calls from 800 Service. USAA should have a caller-id that says USAA. Someone needs to tell them.
This is a legit phone number from USAA (United Services Automobile****ociation) a company dedicated to serving the needs of armed service members and their families with banking and insurance services. I have been with USAA for several years and have always been happy with their service. I highly suggest them to everyone I know.
I disagree with what this guy just wrote. Their customer service representatives are very rude on the phone and very discrimatory.IF I was the Chief Executive Officer and heard this from a member THEN I would be getting after some of the employees of USAA and fired them.
Commercial phone calls!
This IS USAA Home Insurance . If you or a family member are an officer in the Armed Forces they offer great rates on all insurance products and banking....
this is USAA's phone number, it is safe...
