Just get the call today. It's a voice survey call from T-mobile. I did call T-mobile customer service yes****ay. So it's not weird if you call T-mobile customer service recently.

I got 2 calls today also with no message.  If it is legit. why not leave a message?

This is survey company for TMobile to get feedback on interaction with customer service

I called the number back and got a message saying that this is PinPoint Resaerch on Behalf of T-mobile, so nothing to big to worry about.

I had 6 missed called from this number with in an hour! I may be a t-mobile customer but that is practically harassment!

Got a call from this number today, circa 1230PM (AkDT). Thought I picked up in time, but got dead air and when I looked, I was disconnected.Had called T-Mobile yes****ay to work out an issue, which took their CS people quite some time to resolve, but I was impressed with the curteousness of (both), agents being very helpfull, patient and appologetic for semi-long hold times (while they tried to sort out my issue).If it rings a***n, I gladly answer and parti****te, if it's a CS satisfaction survey. I was genuinely impressed with the service and happy to be working with "native" American speakers.

2 calls came through my cell today.  Who is that? Can we stop it?

Saw a missed call from this number at 1:43pm EST today. No message left, but I have T-mobile service which I recently c****ed my plan to.

got two calls today, 12:30 noon and 5 pm evening. I didnt pick the noon call, but picked up 5 pm call , but didnt speak 9(and neither did te person on the other end- weird). I did call t-mobile yes****ay to disconnect another line, wonder if it is related. I will call them today and fide that out too...curious

Two calls so far today.  Coincidentally I called t-mobile yes****ay to discuss when my plan expired.  Maybe they want to know why I'd leave

When I first sighed up with T - Mobile ( 2001 ) I had no credit at all,( bad nor good ) I was asked to pay up front $500.00 safety deposit . I signed a contract for 2 yrs and always paid on time, after the contract expired I went month to month with the original package for an additional year. When I decided to sign a new contract in order to get a better phone and a better deal I was asked a***n after 3 yrs for a safety deposit of $500.00 ?  I went to Verizon for 2 yrs (not satisfied) I signed up with T - Mobile a***n recently thinking they had improved . I have been with them for the past  6 months and every month I have to call and tell them they maid a mistake A***N with my payment (over charging) “ how convenient for them” . No need to say I will finish my contract and go somewhere else . P.S. I also got the call from the 1 800 number after I called A***N about my bill .
