Bogus debt collectors just trying to get bank account and credit card info.

My mother, who is 84 and lives in a retirement home, is plagued with calls from this company looking for a Gilbert Thompson. That is not my mothers name and no one in the family is named Gilbert. They continue to call my mother and are rude and threatening to her even after being told that she knows no one by that name and to stop calling her.I just went to the FTC web site and filed a complaint a***nst the company, giving them all the information I had, including the 800-542-1048 number. The complaint was accepted and entered into Consumer Sentinel and****igned a case number.

I DO NOT OWE ANYONE ANY MONEY.  ASTRO LENDING I HAVE PAID OFF, YET THEY ARE CALLING ME ALL DAY LONG AND TELLING ME I HAVE NOT PAID THEM THE LOAN.  THIS WAS 6 MONTHS AGO.  EVERY LOAN I HAD WAS PAID.  THEY SAID THEY WILL HARRASS ME EVERY DAY ALL DAY LONG UNTIL I SHOW THEM MY PROOF WHICH IS MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT AND WILL NOT DO.  HE CALLED ME AN IDIOT THAT DOES NOT PAY MY BILLS, AND WOULD NOT TELL ME WHO HE WAS UNTIL I GAVE HIM MY INFORMATION, BUT I WOULDN'T HE GAVE IN AND GAVE ME THE NAME OF HIS COMPANY.

i received a call..on my work phone number..i was away from my desk they did not leave a message.  I called the telephone number back got recording that said if you have received a court summons on some type of court paper etc.....never got any real info....HOAX

I received a call from them at my place of employment and they were very rude and nasty on the phone but when they asked to speak with a supervisor they got even nastier but the caller did leave his name with an ext. His name John Ging ext.393

I got a call from this number and I don't know who it is. They won't leave a name or what's the call about, just a phone number. When I call the number back they don't answer.

I asked them not to call me at work and told them my employee did not allow, they continue to call.

i got a call from 620-728-1486 here at work they said i had to hours to pay 1500.00 or the sheriff would be coming to pick me up at my job,when I didnt want to give them any info on myself or give them any money the insist i transfer them to my supervisor. i ***g up on them He called me right back and I acted as if i where a supervisor, this man trashed me saying he was a collector and how could this place employ people that dont pay there bills, He then went on to say they caould help there employee (meaning me) by paying the dept and collecting a weekly amount from my pay check. I then told him he was being recorded and he ***g up and hasnt called since
