I have 2 charges on my bank account that has 800 544 8900 attached to it. I called. CSR said Medic Alert. We have never had or even talked to anyone about anything. Only thing is, they were trying to offer me a promotion but yet they have somehow charged my account without my knowledge or consent. This will be investigated. Your service isn't very helpful either. No info whatsoever. I know what I knew already, without your help. I will be canceling my trial.
