received a call from salesperson that tried to sell me degreaser and grease, told him i needed to check stock first, tried to get an  order from but eventually backed off.  havent received any material from them.  seems legit.

Total Scam artists. They s**** out by asking you sports questions and act like they are your Best friend. They will call with a different name everyday, saying they that your Boss told them to call back for a PO number. As as soon as you answer any question with a YES answer they will send you so****ing "free" then bill you for it. If you get a call like this and answer ANY questions they ask do NOT sign for any package you recieve.

my experiences with rubachem for the past seven years are excellent.  they have replaced products that were defective, no questions asked.  they are flexible with their payment terms.  i am the purchasing manager for a seasonal business and they have worked their invoices around our busy season.

Clearly posts calling this outfit legitamate are posted by their staff. These theives got my company TWICE! They are the reason for our current policy "Do you have a local rep? No? goodbye. Yes? Send him in and we may do business... No, I will not take anything over the phone. Send me a catalog and I May look at it, you don't have a catalog? goodbye.....

Rubachem Systems is not a scam.  These negative comments are obviously fabricated.  How would a customer know from where the calls are generated???  I have been purchasing from Rubachem for 2 years and can recommend them without reservation.

SCAMMERS! They work out of living rooms and record you saying yes. Asked them to look up my order said they couldn't! Figures! will refuse shipment!

I have dealt with RCS in the past.  There was a gentleman named Paul Evans who was always extremely helpful.  Their products were top rate and pricing was compe***ive.  Some items were higher but was able to purchase in bulk size that was not available other places.

Name of company is Rubachem Systems.  They market janitorial cleaning supplies.  I have been a customer for years.  Their products are the most powerful available.  I have been impressed with their customer service as well.

used to work there, they are almost definitely a scam.  insanely overpriced, telemarketing scam.  if they say they are going to "take you out to lunch" its completely untrue, they never leave the little cubicles.

Same deal here last week.  RCS / Rubachem called with Yankee tickets, and some insanely overpriced products.  Its a scam.  Also, watch out for Americhem, same scam deal. This scammer shipped out items, he claims, and has signatures, he claims, but can never produce them.  May they rot in*****....

They ship overpriced products without a PO, won't accept a return and threaten to sue.  They get any yes on the phone recorded and claim they have your employee on tape authorizing shipment.  They make veiled threats to collect "we have ways to take of this if you don't pay".I bet this scam is very profitable as many companies won't notice due to multiple locations or will pay the nuisance fee to avoid the trouble.

Once a***n, same issue.  One of their salesmen called and told me that my superintendent told him to call me for a PO.  I told him no and that the superintendent would have to request the PO from me directly and that I don't just give POs out over the phone to some random company full of scams.  They sent us the material anyways charging us an outrageous price and one of our guys signed for it in recieving.  The last 2 weeks I have tried to send this material back and have been dealing with Dan Clark who keeps c****ing his story and saying someone will call me back the next day. As of now, they have still avoided the issue and I haven't been able to talk to anyone on this.

Same as the other callers.  I was offered a MLB shirt as worn by the coaches in the team of my choice.  She also told me that she was busy and couldn't get out to meet me right away but wanted to send me some safety gl***** and hand sanitizer to hold me over until she could visit.  She also offered to take me out to the restaurant of my choice on her boss's expense when she came to visit.  I've been through these scams before, so I asked how much she was going to charge me for the items.  $249 for 12 pairs of safety gl***** and $22.95/tube (min purchase 12) for the sanitizer!!  OUTRAGEOUS.  If you encounter this company, always ask how much they're going to charge and then make sure you say NO so that they have your voice recorded on filing denying the shipment.  If you already said yes to everything and realized that you were scammed, just reject the shipment when UPS or FedEx attempts to deliver it.  I've seen this scam too many times before and have learned how to deal with them.  If they sound too good to be true, they usually are.

Same as above. A woman called me today with a simmalar deal. Superbowl jerseys, or so****ing. She even told me she was coming in May to take me out to lunch on her boss! She said she would call next week. I can't wait to hear her next pitch!

They had my company name and PO Box.  Said they were going to send a Wilson Superbowl football.  Gave me a reference number.  Said they wanted to send me to small items (hand sanitizer and some sort of red grease).  Then asked for a PO.  Did not give him a number.  I****ume I won't be seeing a football and this is the last of it because I would not give a PO number.  Is this correct?

Caller will engage you in conversation, mentions a product and then asks you a topical question. like did you root for **X in **X.  The later on says his boss has authorized the selling of surplus **X.  Where can he send your gift (related to previous conversation).  Once verified your address, you will get a package that needed to be signed for ( Security /Mailroom).  What you get is so****ing small, like a box of compressed air or keyboard wipes.  An invoice will follow with 1000% markup.  A box of alcohol wipes that would sell for $10-$25 will be invoiced at $400.  When you call to challenge, they will tell you they have you recorded and authorizing, and a signature on delivery.  They will threaten legal action and make this difficult. Rubachem is a scam company.  Rubachem is a ripoff organization under the guise of a legitimate supply company.
