Leave a CommentIf you don't like their tactics, then you should cancel your service with Verizon; Verizon purposely gives companies like this the package that they sell you. Verizon doesn't want to look like the bad guy, so they hire a gun to do their ***** work. One Source Telecom is a legitimate reseller of Verizon products; hired by Verizon to sell the products exactly the way they are sold. They do the same thing for AT&T and were included in AT&T's "Circle of Excellence" Solution Providers: http://www.att.com/gen/press-room?pid=4800&cdvn=news&newsarticleid=23829
I spoke to someone named anothony so****ing or other he gave me a good quote and i agreed to switch my service back to verizon. everything had gotten canceled due to some kind of wiring issue and then one day i get a call from a women named Anna claiming to be some kind of supervisor and asking me to refax the paperwork i had sent previously. I also spoke to someone named Dan who is also a supervisor. He said anna would make sure my order would be put through smoothly. I just don't know who all these people are.
800 550-7152 is a company called One Source - a sales agent for Verizon. I was interested in swit****g back to Verizon and made the mistake of speaking to these idiots. I got stuck with an extra unnecessary line, a $550 dsl equipment bill and no services such as cll answering, caller ID, etc., which are essential to a business. My $40 monthly savings ended up costing an additional $25/mo. Fortunately, a helpful soul from Verizon (the REAL Verizon) is helping me out.
I got a call from this number: his name was Tony Clemente @ ext 3017. He said our phone lines were going to expire (!) How dumb is that?? I called Verizon directly and gave them his contact info so they can report him to the FCC. They also put a freeze on all my lines (at no charge) so that no one can c****e anything without the person who has the account in their name calling or writing to make c****es. They go through a verification system because of idiot like these who rip people off!
Funny.....Extension 3010 is also for a guy named Jon.
Alia called me from this number claiming she was with verizon. trying to get me to renew my contract. But didn't seem to know anything about my bill or contract.
Received a message from Makenzie with Verizon saying he was callig about a billing issue. When I called back I received his voice mail. I immediately called back and asked the woman who answered to repeat the company name. She said they are One Source. I asked what kind of company they were. She said they represent many companies, then she put me on hold. When she didn't pick back up for several minutes, I called back and asked what department is Makenzie in at ext. 3026. Instead of just telling me she put me on hold and did not come back for another several minutes. I called back a***n and the first thing I said to the same woman was "Please don't put me on hold" I asked her a***n what department Macankie was in and she said she had no choice but to put me on hold. It's so obvious this is a scam. Guess she did not want to tell me he was in the Sales Department. There was not billing issue. Liars! How do these companies get away with it?
I worked for this company for one week. They want you to produce 8 quotes to fax to****ential customers to switch your phone service to verizon. I have worked With Telemarketing for many years and "LOVE IT." I always exceeded in sales where ever I have gone. Excluding, the first day I got their 8-13 quotes per day. But they promise you huge commisions and keep hiring people. Durring the week I got hired almost everyone got fired. No one, No one exceeded me in quotes only one girl was neck and neck with me. They told me They no longer need me. I said I am getting more than the quotes you ask for. They said they are "NOT SOLID". I wish I could sell my quotes I am one of the best sales poeple in the world. Yes, I am good and know it. Just surprised there are companies that are FULL OF FRAUD. I looked up the company by googling the company name they state they only have 10 employees. S****ed in 2002. It lookes like they have or use Excellent sales people to do there cold calling promise you commisions, then let you go. How nice. Good thing I didn't need them. Really, they just dont know. They are missing out.
Caller says they are with Verizon. Veda at ext. #2167
Her name is Nichole Rios call her 1-800-550-7152 x 3010
Caller was very pushy and insited she was with Verizon. She is full of of it. Everyone call her back at 800-550-7152 x 3010
Who are these guys, seriously? They say they are Verizon and there was a red flag on our account. Called Verizon direct using number on our bill and they said there were no problems...
I am tired of these people! Not only do they call and LIE but they stop by my office wearing Verizon logo shirts, carrying a verizon binder and the one today told me they had a lot of "trouble" with the contractors and HE was coming by to straighten it all out for Verizon. I spoke directly with Verizon on 12/22/2008 and she said they NEVER send people door to door. I got the dudes phone number and it is his cell #. I checked it out and it is a Metro PCS number, so why the Hel* does he have a Metro PCS # when (if) he works for Verizon. I am filing a complaint with the State of Florida on these goons.
They'll call and not leave a message, or talk when I pick-up. I'm on the do not call list, but it doesn't matter; telemarketers don't pay attention to the list and the people who run the list don't really care. Telemarketers and the do not call list people work together, I believe.
On do not call list, but still get calls. Pathetic list!
so these people are from verison then? I got a call from this number today, and I just got my number c****ed yes****ay, it hasnt even been 24 hours yet, and I'm already getting calls.
Just as thought, so****ing smelled fishy, so I had her fax me a quote. It came on a funky looking Verizon fax sheet. Thanks for all the feed back ...
Only way to make any headway in stopping these idiots is for everyone to fill out an FCC form 1088. it only takes a few minutes and if everyone did fill out this form it just may stop these people. they are committing fraud as they are not ATT or Verizon or anyone other national service, they are a reseller, period. By calling themselves ATT they are lying.
Calls and ****s up right away
persistent little b's****s, aren't they? seems like they're some kind of scam in that they claim to be winning back customers for AT&T, and as many have complained on other sites, for Verizon.... so, which one is it? these pests have called my phone upwards of TEN TIMES/DAY in the past 3 days! and I just don't answer 800#'s, or 866 #'s, or 877 #'s, and they just don't leave messages. So far, only one call rec'd today.... so far!BEWARE! They just called and I heard brief loud background music So I didn't identify myself and just said "hello". They immediately ***g up. Uh-oh, that usually means that was a scouting call, and I will get the real telemarketer soon judging from the previous comments.
I received the same call everyday. And I'm trying to run a business and these poeple keep on trying to harrass me every day....

Jeez, they called a***n (see my 13 Aug 2008 post).Supposedly the fellow that runs the place is called ***d Hamilton. He claims to be COO or similar. Ask for him and then heap insults and abuse on him.
The s*** from this company are grabasstic pieces of amphibian ****.If they call you, ask for ***d. Then heap abuse on him.
Seems these people switch between Verzion and AT&T.Got a call today"Hi, are you responsible for the internet at your business? I've been put through 3 different people and ***ody knows whats going ON"Me "yes, thats me, whos this?""I'm calling about some policy c****es to your service"Me "you are from comcast?""Oh, you have comcast internet? It must be just your phones"Me "no, we have embarq for phones"click...*69 and got this number, Asked what the company was called, "onesouce",me " oh, you aren't verizon?""No, we sell verizon service"explained that I was ***g up..."oh, well that was rude wasn't it?" she says... and clickthese people are ridiculous...get a real job...
Obviously the company is sending stooges to post positive info. It is a bit transparent. The *****s that work for this company are liars and break parts of 47 USC 227 regularly. When confronted with a violation, they claim it isn't their responsibility because Verizon provides them with "scrubbed" call lists. Verizon's position is the telemarketer is responsible. That's the FCC's position as well. These s*** will be s****ed off the bottom of the business world's s*** like so much excrement soon, when their minimum-wage jobs are outsourced to people that can survive on $5 per day and who have superior language and grammar s****s than the welfare-to-work and prison-release program folks provide. It will be a pleasure to read of your demise.
A salesman from this company called me, offering to price services from Verizon for 6 retail stores. I gave him written permission to access information so that he could quote a price which he did. Yes****ay, phone service was cut off to one of our stores because this company entered a service c****e to our account that cuts off service on July 29 and then doesn't s**** Verizon until August 7. Verizon itself will not let me c****e it saying that the originator has to cancel it. It has been a NIGHTMARE. And wonder of wonders, the guy who did all of the pricing, etc., told me he did nothing because I hadn't approved it when I called him yes****ay. LIAR. I have proof that his office ordered the c****e.
I received a call from a woman claiming that there was confusion whether I was a customerof Verizon or not. She wanted information o***dress, phone number and wanted to fax informationover for me to fill out. I gave her my ordernumber and dates of verification. She said thatshe could not tell me who the other phone companywas that was trying to get my account switched.I asked why she could not give this out - seid did nothave that information. She said that I was on a list of people to win back to Verizon. Upon further questioning, she said that she was with a company that contacted customers on behalf of Verizon. I then said that I would call Verizon directly and ***g up.
Caller claimed he was calling "ON Behalf of verizon" - wanted to speak to the person incharge of the phone bills. I said that was me - when he said we were no longer with verizon I asked if he worked for Verizon - he said he did. When I asked him where he could be called at verizon - he s****ed with - 1-800 and then ***g up. We have gotten one or 2 of these calls a week for 6 months - wish they would stop...
I signed up with this company thinking that I was going to save money on my phone bill. I got my 1st bill and the price was way over what I was quoted. I called the person who sold me this package (ANNA) and she advised me to fax the bill and she would correct it. Turns out AT&T bills a month in advance but she took the time to explain and help me with questions. As it has been 2 months, I have received well over $800.00 in credits. It was worth it. Give me a break you whiny hyprocrites-------DO you have anything positive to say about anything.....
You're Brian.
I am not sure what the problem is with all these complaints. I signed up with Brian from this company and have never had such great customer service. Why not sign up with someone who is going to give me 100% customer satisfaction and incentives that AT&T woud not offer me directly. At times like these, if someone can save me some money, I am going to take advantage of it. Obviously, the people above are not the ones who pay the bills...
WE have received a phone call from this number regularly for the last 18 months. When we first got the call we were interested and actually signed up to be an AT&T customer. Then we found out that we were under contract to another phone company and called them back to tell them this. We were****ured that AT&T would buy out the contract. Of Course when they found out how much the buyout was they didn't remember the conversation. Since then we have had numerous conversations that go so****ing like this...Listen I have told you over and over that AT&T won't buy out my contract with the other phone company so you are wasting your time and mine. They****ure me they won't call a***n but they do. Now I just tell them we are on a "no call" list and the next phone call will net them a fine. Haven't heard from them in three days, maybe it worked.
I've received about 6 calls from David James at OneSource over the last 2 weeks, saying that he was calling on behalf of Verizon. I told him that that I would look at his info/rates if he sends info for me to review, but I never received anything. For follow-up, they've refused to leave any voice messages, as they **** up after being transferred. They call multiple times a day, and when asked if they are the same person that called earlier in the day, they deny that they were. The last straw was today, when David James called this morning and I was on a call. I ended my call within 30seconds, and immediately hit the line that they were on, but they ***g up so quickly. So, what do they do? David calls a***n this afternoon. We I told him that I wasn't interested anymore, he asked me sarcastically if I was ever really interested. I told him that I was two weeks ago when he first called, but because I never received the info that he was supposed to send, and that he keeps calling, that I was no longer interested. He then took an at***ude and told me that I was no longer welcome there. I ***g up. What the heck does that mean? I hit *69 and called them back and got a supervisor at One Source. He apologized for thier at***ude, but then told me that David has ADD. I told him that it is no excuse, and that it isn't any of my business that he has ADD and he shouldn't be telling me that. The supervisor, Dan, told me that he doesn't tell me how to run my business and I shouldn't tell him how to run his business. I promptly said F*** You and ***g up. I then called Verizon directly and told them what happened.
Caller claimed to be from Verizon. Wanted to save me money.
Received call from this number, claiming to be Verizon and telling me that I had recently 'c****ed' my service to some service (didn't recognize the name). Told him I needed to write down some information and guess what??? He ***g up!!
Receive a call at least once a month for the last 18 months. Identified themselves as AT&T. Spoke to 3 different supervisors and they "guaranteed" there would not be another call after 30 days. The guarantes were issued7/30/07, 8/2007 and 9/28/07. What a bunch of losers. Who would ever consider going back to AT&T after this constant harrassment?
I received a voicemail from this number. The woman identified herself as WNEC on behalf of the new AT&T and requested I call her back at 800-550-7152 x2162. After reading your comments and having received a number of similar calls from rude sales people including one that told me to go take a flying f*** when I questioned his intent. Thanks,Mike
got a call from this number and a voice mail consisting of only the phone ****ing up.I appreciate all the detail from others who bothered to call this number back. I won't be wasting my time with these do***ebags (or anyone who won't leave a message)
http://whocalled.us/lookup/8005507152 One Source a Telecom for AT&TThe company is called One Source Telecom, Inc. , a telecom co. for AT&T http://www.att.com/gen/press-room?pid=4800&cdvn=news&newsarticleid=23829 to try & win back business from old customers for AT&T, claims he could give long established customers a 30 to 40 percent rate cut. I told him he should be able to see how long we have been customers if he worked for the company. The guy who called me kept asking for the Owner and as I tried to inform him we recently c****ed phone service he s****ed yelling at me so I told him the "Owner" does not handle sales calls he yelled "ma'am do NOT put your two cents in!" so I ***g up. He called right back and continued yelling. I called the number, spoke to a manager named George, and he was going to track this guy down. He claims they fire people regularly for this reason. Call & report mis-treatment. Reference link http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-800-550-7152
This call came to our office, the caller said they were calling on behalf of the new AT & T. I told them we were not interested and ***g up.
Caller continued to call our business and was very rude. Called and it was OneSource and they do work for AT&T. Ridiculous!!!
Called and left no messageCalled back: woman answered the phone asking how she could direct my call.I asked her were I was calling and she said "This is a service for AT&T and asked if I knew who had called so she could direct my call"Asked her to have AT&T to verify their Do Not Call list, and not call a***n.
called and left no messagecalled back: woman answered (with dog barking in the background) and said" how may i direct your call" i said somebody just called me from this number she said "you can disregard it with our apologies, sir" and ***g up.
