This number is related to a scamming business located in Nigeria, Africa. Do not give any personal info. U.S. Marshall Service

Told me I just prequalified for a new credit card. ***g up and blocked on my cell phone.

Keep telling me I'm winning a cruise or gtt a free laptop or asking me if I am a homeowner that they are offering insurance...

I received the same message as below

They called @ 6:02am almost a month later with the message asking if this is me to press a number. No more answering this caller especially at this hour in the morning.

They called me at 6:04am saying "to hear this message a***n press 1". So, I did and then the message was "this is a message for (my name), to hear this message a***n press 1 or 9 to end the call" the message was only who I was.

They tried calling my house. At least I wasn't home at the time. This is clearly a s****ed ID. To iphone user: They are not "allowed to call". These people are criminals, and criminals simply do not obey the law. All you can do is file a complaint with the FTC. www.donotcall.gov

I just called from this number for someone saying they were representing a magazine subscription service I had signed up for and that I was going to be billed for 5 yrs for various magazine that I didn't respond to in the mail. When I argued with her she eventfully ***g up

Consumer Cellular new customer help number is a scam, and they refer you to 800-555-1212 which I see from this site is a scam. Glad I didn't call it as I'm sure that's how they get new numbers. I will give Consumer Cellular a piece of my mind if I can get someone!

Just received a call from 800-555-1212.I asked the girl what company she was representing.  Took her a few seconds, then she said NAM.  I inquired as to what does NAM stand for.  A***n, some hesitation, then she said New Age Marketing. Said she wanted to update my information for magazines, then asked for my address and asked if I owned my home.  I ***g up.

I get a call from 800-555-1212 once or twice a day with just silence. I am on the do not call list but apparently they do not respect that. I called it back and it gave me voice recognition directory****istance. Apparently it didn't understand the various slander and ******ity I told it... ****** ma****es.

They called my cell phone this morning, a***n left no message.

I just got a call and was looking it up. Well, since I've found this, they're an American...so****ing company. I just kept listening to the end until they said to press 1 for more info or whatnot, or press 2 to be removed from their calling list.

800-555-1212 IS toll free 800 directory****istance...I use it all the time. Sometimes they don't have your listing, so you get sent to so****ing else and sometimes the ma****e cannot understand what you are saying so it comes up with the best possible match that it can. Its a ma****e, so you're not going to get it right every time. But it is not a scam.

They Call me too! So, as I have done...Everyone who has filed a complaint here should be going to DoNotCall.Gov and report your reciept of unwanted calls if you are on the "Do Not Call List". It is is very straight forward to file a complaint. You have already shown that you have enough info to file. Lets stop this ****!

They are calling but they are not holding the call untill I answer them. This is annoying especially when they call in late times

800-555-1212 is a directory****istance #.  If it calls you, it is a telemarketing scam.  Currently, a call center in the Phillipines working for American Capital Advance (their phone number is 800-599-9158).  Be sure not to give them your address.  They already know your name and phone number.  When they go to confirm your address, give them a fake one totally different from your own.Make sure you call American Capital advance and talk s**t to them.

received a call from this number today, recording this is the marketing dept and you are the lucky winner of a prize. have had this scam call from other numbers in the past, they wanted personal credit information. I won't even give them the time of day. just **** up
