I have regularly received a call from an unknown number. The recording indicates to phone 18005555493 and provides a reference number. Very annoying. In one week we have received 11 calls from this recording
Apparently a debt collection agency working with/for ICBC/Translink. Most likely about a fine such as a Skytrain infraction fine. If called back no info is given and you are left on hold for at least five minutes. (I have no time to waste on hold.)

I was told this call was for debt collection for outstanding business debt. I do not have any outstanding debt, and do not run a business. The call was su****ious in nature. I was told she was calling from a company called "operate system."
