they called me many times befor I called them backto find out who and why, they did put me on a non call list..I agre w/ you they should say whom they are .Not just keep calling and never leaving a message.LOL we have no rights,unless we know them. Its a DTE Item they want to sell.appliance insurance.
They call me at least once a day everyday. I asked for them to stop calling but a few weeks later they s**** calling a***n.
Since I have to buy my electricity and gas from them, I have a pree-existing commercial relationship with DTE. As such, the "do not call list" doesn't apply. Yes, it is frustrating. Bad war-dialing software design -- they should at least leave a short message.
Got calls from 800-556-0011 for about a week, I finally answered and they asked for me...I told them they had the wrong number...worked perfectly!
