Investigator Martinez claims he has an affadavit/warrant for arrest unless a payment is made over the phone or through western union.

I had a posted note on my desk Monday 10/12/09 stating that I need to call 1-800-559-0708 ext. 1178 ASAP. Mrs. Jackson wanted to talk to me or my ATTNY.I did not call I checked them out first and saw that it was a scam...has anyone heard of her also... I agree this has to stop!!!!

This an automated service indicating my ss# may be used for their purpose. They are calling my job harrassing me on a daily. I want this to stop. They are not identifying. Just an automated service. I work for a State Agency and this has got to STOP!!!

Got numerous calls from this number, some automated voice messages, some human calls. Looking for my brother re: civil litigation. I know my brother gets into money problems so the call didn't surprise me, but when I called to have my phone number removed from their records, the person I spoke to wouldn't give a company name when asked, just said that my brother probably owes child support and is being sued.  Interesting, since he doesn't have any children!

my mother received a voicemail from a Mr. Barnes calling from the investigation of account and deposit fraud. On the message he said that a complaint has been filed a***nst me and there is a warrant for me to appear in court and that I was going to be charged with criminal fraud charges. He verified the last four of my SSN on the message. I was in shock when my mother called me (she lives in CA Im in VA) and told me because Im a single mother struggling paycheck to paycheck to support my son. I have some past due bills but nothing that would be of this severity. I am glad that I googled this number before actually calling. Now that I know it is a scam I will not call them and they can threaten all they want and if it continues I will have my mother file harrassment charges.

I received a call today from a LORI - she said for me to call a ***d Presley at CLAIMS INVESTIGATIONS at 877-436-3661- THIs is a SCAM.... he had my social.. old address. and said I had a pay day loan out... I DONT EVEN HAVE A JOB!!!!!!!!!!! HE SAID I WROTE A BAD CHECK.... DO NOT FALL FOR THIS>> it is a scam...

Just recv'd a call from thins company and they said blah blah blah they are needing to verify my informaiton.  he recited back my ssn into my VM and said if I dont call back then I am saying I am guilty of some ban fraud.  Then he proceeded to list my Fiance's name and best friends maiden name so I know they hacked so****ing somewhere with old information.  Then they said he would turn over to the DA's office to have them arrest me.  What a crock.  I have called these guys back before and asked for a company name and the LAW firm they reperesent and he said he had a very aggressive agenda and for me to stop wasting his time and I called back a***n and a***n and a***n hoping to annoy him as much as they do everyone else.  It was kinda fun.

I received a call June 24th of 09 from a woman named Iris at this number 800-559-0708 ext 1117. She had originally called from this number leaving a voice mail to reach her at the 1800 number. This phone number belongs to a place in Atlanta, GA. 404-671-6139. She called telling me that I was part of a Fraud investigation. She then stated that she was with a company called The Claims Investigation Division. She told me I owed 800 from a payday loan I took out in August of 2008. I would have remembered taking that loan seeing as I got married in that month of that year. We set a plan of 100 a month and so I put the money on a prepaid credit card and the money was never taken from that account. I waited 3 weeks for that money to come out and it never did. She then called me on July 10th stating that they never got the money and she told me I was going to be sued and that I could possibly go to jail for committing fraud. I asked her why it took so long for her to call back about the money instead of waiting 2 weeks and she said she was on vacation. Every time I try to call her she is not there she is on "vacation" then mysteriously I get a call from her the next day telling me that she is sending my case to the attorney and I will go to jail if I do not pay the FULL 800.00. This place is 100% fraudulent! DO NOT give them ANY money!

Seems like a scam, rizzo was un-willing to give out his company information, called Arizona house and reports that he is not located in Arizona and does not have a business licence in Arizona. Who do I call next about this, Attorney General's Office?

Supposedly investigating internet fraud, they do not give a company name, just that they are calling from "Claims Investigation Division" even provided a case number. Citing there are serious allegations that need to be addressed before someone is sued.

Got a call at work from 800-559-0708 ext 1139 (investigator ***d presley) saying that he was investigating a check fraud case a***nst me and that it was urgent that i return the call.  i have not had a checking account in over three years and check my credit report yearly to see if there is any su****ious activity.  Didn't leave any other information so not sure if i will call back... want to make sure what they are calling about before hand.

I got a call from this number on 5/12/09 stating that they were from the "Claims Investigation Division" and they were calling about a deposit fraud on a friend of mine and my name and his brothers name were listed on an application form.  They said they were trying to subpoena him and once I told them that I hadn't seen him in 2 years they didn't want anything else to do with me.If there really are any problems like that, they would have sent him info by US mail or sent the local sheriff around with the warrant.Now, they never asked if I had spoken to him...

This company is calling my friends and family and work stating they are doing a fraud investigation on me. I don't know who they are. This is not right!  They do not state their company name.

I just received a call from the same number 800-559-0708, from a Mike Holmes, said he is calling because of some bad check for a payday loan said he is a claims investigator and it is imperative I call back if I want to settle this out of court, can they threaten you like that?  And what bad check payday loan are they talking about?

Got a call from a woman who wanted me to verify SSN, date of birth and full name.  She said she was filing a fraud claim in the state of Colorado and wanted to verify my ID.  Told her I would not.  Could not get back through when I tried to call the number a***n.

Received a call from Paul White saying he is with the crime division and my ss# has been involved in some check fraud. Do not call these bozo's back they are a spin off of Ellis/Crosby scam artists. If they had some legal matters it would be done through the mail. This is BS and don't let them scare you. Just ignore and report to your Attorney Generals office.
