These people committed Iden***y Theft on my parents who are Hispanic by hacking their BOA accounts and ordering checks and a debit card and the other phone number used to open account is 760-277-0567  in Oceanside BUT Chace J Passanante of Colorado Springs who graduated University of Denver 1994 (was on the swim team) made All American is supposedly who the 760 number from Oceanside/Dana Point belongs to.  When i call the 760 number a lady non-English speaking answers and the charges were in San Diego County and Tijuana and Rosarito, Baja Ca Mexico.   ANY help you guys have please let me know.  When i call the 800-560-1312 number its just music. Oh also the 277-0567 number is the same phone of Chace Passanante parents or family in Colorado but with AREA CODE 719-277-0567 Carl J and Denise L Passante

That number keeps on calling me,they call me more than 4 times a day it's really annoying, they keep  calling even though  told them not to, is there anyway you could sue them?

This number calls my phone regualarly asking for someone that speaks spanish. When I called them back asking who it was, they said they did not speak english and they refused to put anyone on the phone that speaks english.
