They are calling a non-published number. They know this but do not care. If you are a telemarketer and the laws apply to you...who cares if you abide by them or not...your not going to anyway. If an organization does not abide by the laws...why would I ever want to do business with them...let alone speak to them. What an amazing profession.

they call and leave no information.  My phone is unpublished.

I've been getting this call every day, multiple times a day. All have been to my work number though so I haven't ever picked up. It's good to know that i'm not missing anything important, but what a pain!

This phone number calls me almost every day. Never anyone on the other end, only silence.

I get frequent calls from this number, and I'm angry and frustrated. Every time I answer I get a dial tone. I called the number today and got a recorded message: "This is a fundraising message by IDP Contact Services. Leave your name and number and we'll call back."

The calls appear to be  coming from a group  called IBE Fundraisers.  They collect for various charities including United Nation's charities. Fund raisers are permitted to call you and they are exempt from the No Call list. Blame it on the U.S. Congress.

They have called every evening since May 6. It is harassment. Even slamming down the telephone doesn't have any effect.

call every night about 8 PM. This has occurred for months. I call back a ma****e answers claiming the service is for fund-raising. A claim is made that a message will be taken - my angry message has no effect. Obviously at this point I would NEVER support the group that sponsors this type of behavior.

we have gotten several calls a night for over a month.  there is never anyone on the line and when you call back there is only an answering ma****e.  does anyone know how to stop this?

I'm getting these calls also. They just ****ed up as soon as I awnswer. So, I called back....it's a recording and you can leave a message.They say there a fund rasing servece I'm on the do not call list and I stated that.

I have been getting calls from this number up to 10 times a day. Just this evening I have received 3 calls in less than 1 hour.
