This phone number is****ociated with a so called AGC Incorporated who is using 24 hour important notice pages to collect information under false pretenses. The letters given give a file number and state that the mortgage holder has ordered them to conduct an occupancy check to obtain the names of all occupants over the age of 18. They put this letter in an unmarked envelope taped to your door late Friday afternoon and then tell you that if you do not respond within 24 hours of posting (although no time is given when it was left)that they will****ume the property to be vacant. They require that you contact during business hours which are over at 5pm. No names are given and there is no record of an AGC Incorporated. It is a phishing scam or so****ing else, but is NOT official by any means. DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION TO THEM UNTIL YOU SPEAK WITH YOUR MORTGAGE COMPANY - IF YOU MANAGE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE, GET AS MUCH INFORMATION FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE WITHOUT REVEALING ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OF YOUR OWN.
