I attempted to order online thru Kohl's website and my order didn't go thru.... a popup came and stated my order couldn't go thru but I needed to call this number "800-564-5740" to process. So I called, not thinking this would be a "issue". My card was paid off, and I was using a Kohls gift card. The first question was my name, my phone #, the last 4 of my SS which I asked why this was needed, which I got a slight at***ude of we need this information to validate your account, so I provided, then asked more personal information to which I stated that I simply wanted to purchase an order with my card and gift card. At this point she got a bit more at***ude which I ***g up. NOW I wish I hadn't given any information... Will probably find all my info on the black market now. DO NOT CALL THIS IS FRAUD!!

received a letter about my " . . . my recent application of a Kohl's credit card" - which I never applied for - and saying to call 800-564-5740 "to complete the processing . . ." I did not call.

This is a phone number listed for Kohl's by my local bank. I do not believe it is a scam. Most likely legitimate customers gave the wrong phone number to Kohls. This would account for non customers getting calls.

called on a Sa****ay night 7pm...recording says please call Kohls's dept store. Um, no reason for me to call. I dont shop there and don't have their credit card. I'd say scam.

this is Kohl's phone number (855) 564-5748 I received a letter that gave the 800-564-5740 telling me my payment didn't go through as my bank information was incorrect. I was requested to send my payment to an PO Box in Milwaukee

Got Call - Auto Voice Message telling me to call Kohl's Department stores. My account is up to date so there is no need for this call. Other people with calls from this number have said it it s scam. DO NOT give them any personal info.
