Authorized Verizon representatives. Company is Apex Customer Care. They work for Master Agent Sova who has a contract with Verizon. They handle business account renewals. Verizon themselves do not make outbound calls, if someone calls you "from Verizon" they are lying.
Says she is Sherri from Verizon - calling to renew contract and rates will go up if not renewed. NOT from Verizon-calling to renew contract but doesn't know when current one expires - says her system is slow to update. LIES
Spam. Called to review our Verizon account. When asked if she worked for Verizon she said they are a 3rd party contracted by Verizon.
They have been calling for 3 months now saying they are verizon and need to 'verify' our business telephone numbers
