This recording calls all the time at all hours....try to call the number back & get nothing......how the heck do you get it to stop? Its driving me nuts!!

I have received multiple calls from this "Ben Wallace" every day. I come home and there is a message on my answering ma****e, I have tried to answer when he has called at 8pm and all it is is a recording saying I have a important matter to discuss with you. I don't know how to make these people stop calling me as they are calling the wrong house, I hate that I get a new house number and all the deadbeats who didn't pay their bills that had this number, I am getting their calls. I called and no one at this company answers. What a crock.

I have been recieving these calls for months now. "Ben" calls everyday and If I am not there to pick up the phone, they leave voicemails. I wish there was a way to keep this number from calling. It is very frustrating when I'm having to pick up a multi-line telephone when I pick up Ben's call and miss another call that was more important. Help!

People!!!   Use your call forwarding feature and forward the incoming call back to their corporate office.  Not only will they then have to pay for the use of the 800 number, but it will clog up their corporate lines.  Quit complaining and do so****ing about it.  They will NEVER take your number off the list no matter how many times you request it.  So just forward the number and you'll never have to hear it ring from these idiots a***n.

All he says is that we have an important matter to discuss with you, when you call the number back there is no one there. I do not know who is is calling or what it is about.

Yep Every morning at a quarter to ten we can count on a call from our good buddie Ben Wamus Calling.....etc. He calls several times a day and all hours at home and at work!! Tried calling him a couple years ago to no avail. Phone company should take his tape recorder away and make him pay for all the customers who have lost time, totally wasted! He is a ****le! The caller left a rude message saying that "you need to call me" and left his number 800-567-9990 ext.1535. The message itself isn't too rude, but 1 I don't need to call anyone and the tone that I heard was extreamly unpleasant and demanding. Yeah, right like I'm going to call you back - HaHaHa!

I believe that these Ben Wallace calls are just a gag. Someone's looking for attention and nothing more. I have had about 30 calls from "him", some on the ma****e and some I've answered. When I've answered and say so****ing, the recording just s****s over.

Third time receiving this same call. Jumbled caller ID. Long pause before recording commences, This is a government line I received the call on.

So, I called the FTC and filed a complaint. Others can do the same: visit FTC.gov or call 1-877-FTC-HELP. When enough people who file a complaint, then an investigation will be done, and they will go after and prosecute this guy! FTC said DON"T give him ANY information, it's probably a scam to get your ID. (ID Theft)

Got 2 call from Nichol (Not a recording) asking for my In-Laws. 1st asked for Ed and 2nd asked for Ed or Cathy (That's their names). I called and talked to Nichol (ext. 1707) and tolded her, she had the wrong number. She said my home number listed as his cell number and would update her records. After reading all the stuuf above, we will see if the calls stops or not.

The Caller claims to have some important business matter to discuss. When dialled the numbre provided it turns out ot be National Engineering Services.(Probabaly Placemnet or Staffing company)

"EVERYDAY" I get recorded calls from this "Ben Wamus" and to call 800-567-9990 back for an important message.  After reading the above comments I decided to call and demand my ph# be removed from their call list as well, however after the initial recorded answering system, I was put thru to a line that never answered after 20 or so rings.  Very, very annoying as I get these calls on weekdays AND weekends, and it fills up my answering ma****e basically.....I don't owe anyone any money, so I cannot imagine what the "message" is.  I just want the calls to stop.  I will continue to try to call to demand removal from their call list.

There is no such thing as a "personal business matter." It is either one or the other. This must be tele-spam.

I keep getting this message from Ben Wallace several times a day who says he has "an important business matter to discuss with me." He leaves no other message nor any information such as an account number, extension, or why his ****** a-- keeps calling me! I just called this number at 11:20 p.m. (EST) and the message was for National Enterprise Systems. If you're fed up with this, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov) and follow the tabs. They also encourage you to report this telephone activity to your State Attorney General's office. The more complaints they get, perhaps these calls will stop! As you can see on the right-hand side of this web page that there has been 156 complaints already to the FTC - keep filing them!

This is the third person that called and said it was for some type of resolution in the message. I don't answer when the caller id says unknown. They use different numbers and names each time.
