Leave a CommentPargon Way buys uncollectable and sometimes illigitmate debts that may be past the statute of limitations. They are agressive and often ignore legal rules. Any payment may result in legitimizing a debt and hurting credit. Best to write a certified letter (they will deny having received the letter) to ask them not to contact you (per FTC).
Paragon Way is calling our business asking for an employee. We know this is a collection effort and I have told them that we don't accept these calls--they will have to contact the individual via their home phone.
