FIRST CALL TODAY- CALLER ID SHOWS "ESPAR" NO MESSAGE

Caller's english is so bad that it's almost impossible to understand them. They call up to 10 times per day at all hours, asking for someone who doesn't live here. When told that they're asking for a non-existant person, they get very aggresive and threatening. Complaints filed with the FTC haven't done a bit of good.

THEY CALL MY JOB BACK TO BACK 4 TIMES IN A ROW.  I THINK IT IS ASPIRE CREDIT CARD COMPANY.  IF SO, THEY ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION ACT, BECAUSE I TOLD THEM TO CALL MY HOME NUMBER IF THEY WANT TO TALK TO ME.

They constantly call home number and now office number **** up never leave a number multiple times a day. How can we stop them Can I sue them for harrassment??

I continue to get these calls; always says "I have some important news for you" in a sing-song voice.  I don't have any dealings with "Aspire" so I have no idea what they want.

They've been calling me for weeks. When they leave me a voicemail, its all distorted, then someone says "Hello...*****o?" Then J*** music comes on. When I called them back, some british lady recorder just sayd so****ing about customer service. They do not even say WHAT KIND of customer service, or who they are calling for. They need to stop.

they keep calling me and i don't know why, since i don't own any credit cards if it really is a credit card company. I've answered once and they asked for someone named kristyn and I told them it was a wrong number but they keep calling. They call about 5 times a day and it is really annoying

This number calls me about 6-8 times a day and leaves the longest messages with music or just noise in the background. Can someone please find out who this is. Ive tried calling it back, but it just keeps ringing.

They also go by the following names: Salute, Tribute, Aspen Visa and Mastercards as well as CARD SYSTEMS.

They call me twice a day everyday with only deadair or a ****** recording.

They keep calling me early and late. I have never done business with them. They are just harrassing me for no reason. Who polices this stuff?

It's about 1:30 on a Sunday right now, and these ****s have called me twice already today. I have never had business dealings with them. If they're bill collectors, they're barking up the wrong tree. I have no debts. I get dead air when I answer, so they're dialing by computer and talking to the first ones who pick up. Detest this kind of company and want to know why this legal for them to do. I am on the Do Not Call Registry, but that turns out to be useless because they do not take action a***nst offenders except in isolated cases. I don't really understand what the registry does other than make reputable companies not call, which they won't do anyway if you tell them not to. It's the slime like this company that call regardless, even when you tell them over and over not to.

Harassing phone calls for our new phone number. NO one at phone number by the name they are asking for.

This phone number is Aspire Credit Card Company.  If you have an Aspire card, now you know who is calling.  They will continue to call until you pay your bill.
