i dont knowwhos call me???please he want to ****.who is it,i want to know..

It's Tribute credit card services.  Collection call.  And yes - very bad English.

Calls constantly, when I answer the phone a recording identifies itself as "card services" and requests that I call back. This sounds like a telemarketer, I wish they would leave me alone, they just called on a Sunday night.

This number has called me a few times but never tells me who they are.  Has anyone ever talked to them ???????  How do I get them to stop ?

Dead Air -- No one says anything -- I blocked the number so at least the phone only rings once and then doesn't ring a***n -- No idea who these people are

Calls all the time. I have cancer and this is very annoying when I'm not feeling good and trying to rest or am having treatment and have to rest.

They keep calling asking for a William Shepherd.  I thought it was one place that must have the phone number outdated, but then I got a call from another person (woman) at another number asking for this same guy.  This phone number (man with asian kind of accent) still calls even though I've told him many many many times before that no one here has that name.  He called me 10 times in one day!!!!  Half of the time, no one says anything.  I'm not sure if it's a bad connection and this is the reason for the silence or if they are just playing around.  I'm getting sick of it!

not sure who they are but if they are a bill collector then they are bad if they are a scammer then they should be bill collector and if they are some random calls wow get a life

Very irritating phone calls.  When called and asked to be removed from this list of non-speaking AMERICAN'S they tried to get me to verify address and other things.  This need's to stop.

This number has called my phone at least eight times in the past three days. Only once has someone said so****ing when I answered, and even then I couldn't understand them. They just need to stop. It's irritating and I shouldn't have to deal with it.
