Thank you for letting me know that this is a debt collector i thought it was an actual attorneys office.Yes i have debt but that does not mean they should continue to harass me what do i do???????????

This number has called me repeatedly but doesn't leave a message. So after seeing multiple missed calls over the course of several days i call them back. I do this only to find that they are looking for someone else. When i tell them they have the wrong number they are extremely rude!

They called our number looking for my husband's ex wife last month.  I politely informed them that she did not live at this address or number and never has.  (The phone number is only 6 months old.)  They told me they would take this number out of her file.  We got another fall from them TODAY.  This time, they were looking for my husband's EX Step-son!  I was a little more hateful with them and asked for a supervisor.  The gentleman I spoke to refused to put anyone else on the phone, so I told him that if we got any more calls from them looking for people who have never been****ociated with this number then we would pursue legal action of our own.

These ******'s keep calling my cell phone asking for "Charles" or "George" or someone. I asked them to remove my number and they said they did but they keep calling back. I finally just turned my phone off. I'm thinking of c****ing my number.

They call me all the time looking for my brother-in-law. I despise these automated phone messages. When I call the number to tell them they are contacting the wrong person, I never get to talk to an actual person!! My brother-in-law probably does owe a debt, but that doesn't mean they should harass me.What can we do??

Yup, Automated and one time a person and they asked for a guy that didnt live here and they even went as far as to ask "Do you know him?"  lol

yep.  it's an automated call saying they want Roxanne Lixford or Lipford and if it's not her to **** up.  So I did.  It's my cell phone so I entered it on s***d dial as DNA (Do not Answer)and c****ed the ring to silent so I never have to bother with it. For each additional "pest" that calls I enter it as DNA2 DNA3 etc. and put them on silent ringer.  Fortunately, I don't get that many "pests"

asking for tree somebody automatic message says if I am not it to **** up so I did.... argh!!!

Calls cell phone even after telling them to not call.

We keep getting this "data" message on our cell phone.  We finally called to let them know and to inform them to stop calling our number.  They asked us for our SSNs to "verify our account."  Of course, we informed them that we don't give out our info to anyone!  We have no debts for them to have called us about to begin with!  BEWARE!!

my mother is receiving anywhere's from 5-6 calls a day all hours of the day anywhere from 10 minutes apart to 2 hours apart. we've had several letters sent to this address and i've called several times and get the same message; "no we won't send verification of taking your number off the list, we will just take your number off" ok; now i'm ticked; the debt is in my EX HUSBANDS name; whos never lived at this address nor used this phone number; HOW IS AN ATTORNEY'S OFFICE harrassing us!!! i'm going to press charges if they call a***n and seek damages.

This is from the Law Office of Mitchell N. Kay which is a debt collection agency. They keep calling asking for someone who does not live here. When I click the number when prompted if this is not the person they are looking for I get, please hold for a representative...I am NOT wasting MY time to be out on hold a***n. I hate calls like this! Let me talk to a PERSON. Have a PERSON call, not a dang ma****e! UGH!
