This is a company called Health Solutions. It is a DMO company -,in other words they contract with certain providers for a discount. These are not Healthcare plans. If you have no other coverage, perhaps it may be worth it - but watch out. It sounds like scam central.

Fax. National Healthcare Plans. Did not have the number it was faxed from. Removal number 1-877-462-6678. I wish I had their fax number so I could fax the garbage back to them and waste their ink and paper
