Leave a CommentCall today with a merchant scam. Asked for me by firstname (I'm business owner) I asked if they were my merchant card provider....gave me the no but....s****ed on his sales pitch. I said put me on your do not call list. Response, this is not a list...getting pretty brusk. (Makes no difference to me, it is still a solitication). I ***g up on him. He immediately called back 4 times (I dropped the call 3 times, then let it go to voice mail. Of course, no message. As he s****ed his pitch, I didn't really catch the names, but seemed to be so****ing financial merchant services. It was sure SCAM like. Rude...redialing me over and over...and I'm trying to run my business. All of the other comments seem perfectly in line with what I experienced. If we can ever get rid of these leeches, business will be good!

Received call form them. Said he was Adam and company name was Merchant Services. Wanted to speak to owner about c****es to our credit card processing. We us Sage...not Merchant Service. Tried to call them back but got a recording that the call could not be completed as dialed. Didn't sound like normal telephone recordings.
Caller presented themselves as "Merchant Services" account update info. S****ed sales spiel. I stopped him and asked if he was with my current provider, he said No, I told him I didn't appreciate the deception and ***g up on him. He called right back and insisted he wasn't a provider, just needed to update me that our account had moved to Tier 2, and we could get better rates through our current provider. He s****ed trying to schedule a 30 minute "meeting", and I lost the call due to noise on his end. Looked up the number and here I am... Idiots, I am going to file a complaint with the BBB.
Company threatened us with repeated call backs until we disclosed info pertaining to our biz sales and income. How is this acceptable?
same as all of the rest of these messages--multiple, rude calls everyday from these folks saying the same thing about reducing our merchant services rates. Such a rude waste of time to all us. Don't know how to make them stop.
Let it go through to voicemail but when I checked it, it just sounded like "office noises" no one even left a message.
This company called my business several times over a three week period. They sent their sales reps out to visit with me and then told me they could only save me about $85 per month off my current service. $85 per month, that's it, for wasting an hour of my time. Come on now, they should at least paid me for my time. If they were going waste my time by saving me money, they should have told me up front.
this person has called my store 6 times, he also kept calling from his personal cell phone later. When I called to ask for his mamager he said that he is the manager and was screeming at me in foul language. HE said that I will never speak to a manager and thretened me. He said to watch out because he knows the name and address of my store.
Just ***g up with "Julie", from Aurum Financial, she said they could drop my proc. fees from tier 5 to tier 2 saving me lots of money eliminating the middle man, I told her I'd be in touch after I spoke with my webmaster, she wanted to book appt now for someone to come to my HOME, you're kidding right? I asked for phone number to call back, she gave me a 602 number after 5 min research on net, I did reverse search for number she gave me to call back, came up blank... 602-385-7250, then r. s. the number she called from found you all.
Repe***ive, annoying calls, representing to want to give me info on "c****es" to my merchant account. I first established that they didn't even know who handled my merchant account, so they had no way of knowing of any such c****es. Claimed not to selling a product or service, later turned out to be a lie.
Who are these people? Julie, used profanity, unprofessional, rude, called backed multiple times after being told not to call back. very surprising to get this type of phone call when it can be so easily traced. also filed a complaint with Qwest and the FCC.
Called regarding merchant services account. When I told him we were not interested, he would not take no for an answer and is now calling every few minutes from a "private caller" number
I have a small business that accepts credit cards. This company claimed to be the company that processes my credit cards wanting to lower my rate due to no losses. They kept insisting they send someone out (but wouldn't send anything in writing, including an e-mail )but didn't know the address and kept asking for our credit card volume. When I declined, the sales person got very persistent and s****ed arguing with me. I ended up having to **** up on him.
