I've gotten several calls over the past few days so I decided to s**** calling them up and harass them in return.Needless to say, after a few dozen telephone calls where I was able to convince them that I knew "who" and "where" they are ( Minn. St. Paul ) and that I have nothing but "time" to play games, they got bored, apologized and took me off of their calling list.  Best time to call/harass them is 12:00-1:00pm EST as they answer the telephone quickly - just don't use caller I.D. block as it won't do any good because they won't answer any unidentified calls.Spoke to all women and actually had one woman s**** to cry she was so frustrated after I kept making up false information for her i.e., fake names, addresses, bills & accounts I owed, gave her bogus accounts & info for all sorts of stuff and kept her on the phone for 10 minutes and used the information she gave me in my next call to them to convince them that I knew "all about them".S**** by asking questions like "are you having an affair with my husband" and/or "why did you break up with me" and "would you like to get together for some casual ***" .... but quickly then remind her that you've already been told that she was a lousy lay and that's why she's not in a solid relationship, etc.... just have some fun with the idiots and you'll walk away smiling and off their list.

They called me 3 times today, when I called back they were looking for some other person and promised to take me off the list. They were looking for an Hospanic person giving out my number.. My guess they missed a payment..

I received harrassing telephone calls from Diversifed at my place of employment. They have my home number but decided that since the economy is bad they will call me at work with threats.  I am sick of this and will obtain legal representation a***nst them.Today, I received a call from a "RUDE" person by the name of Howard S.

First this call s****ed on my new cell with Verizon that I called into their company to settle my bill $740 for $400 they pretended to send fax of sif agreement and didn't. So I ignored them they have my cell but don't call it anymore bc I just pick up and **** up. We'll they skipped me down and got my mother's number harrasing her which she has nothing to do with it. Anyway little do they know I'm the queen of winning lawsuits for fdcpa violation so they have a rude awakening when they get contacted by the attorney general's office.

They called and left a message on my company furnished/paid, business only cellphone saying they had important personal business for 'some incoherent computer generated name(?)' and I needed to call 800-592-3429 and gave a case number.  Seeing so many complaints... heres how to handle 1-800-592-3429. dont enter into the conversation and dont listen. interupt the caller, kindly ask thier name, then ask for the complete business name, after that calmly tell them not to call your number a***n, then go to..www.donotcall.gov and follow it up. its been working greatly.the person who called me used the name "Kurt", with "diversified adjustments".since we have nothing for him to talk about in anyway, then poor Kurt wasnt controlling the conversation!

Called me with some phony debt request. I think they are scam artists. They reuested soc number. when I refused to give it to them they **** up.

I have recently gotten a new cell number and unfortunately they are trying to reach someone that had the number before. They are called Diversified Adjustment Services (collection agency) and even though they have to do a job they are horrendous at it. I advised them over two weeks ago I did not know the person they were calling from and they called a***n today. I advised the lady that I didn't know the person they were trying to reach and she proceeded to become rude and say that I could be this person and mutually we ***g up. Wellll I called back asked for a supervisor and she claimed she could not get me one without a reference number. I ***g up with her called back and someone named Samantha who patched me through to the Quality Control Dept. No person answered, but I left a detailed v/m.....hope this helps stop some of this mess it was ridiculous and even if a debt was valid if that is the type of individuals that called I'd ignore them too.

they are Diversified Adjustment Services who also use 800-504-8612. you can contact the FCC online at www.fcc.gov/cgb using form 1088B & file a complaint. If you would rather not do that, call the FCC @ 888-225-5322. maybe if enough people do this, these kinds of calls will finally stop. it's worth a try. since i contacted the fcc & filed the complaint they stopped calling for a few days, then s****ed using the 800-592-3429 telephone number. no doubt they will continue calling using another number soon. you can't get a live person when you try to return the call to tell them the person they want has never lived here. we just delete the messages. they will harass somebody else eventually.

This is a collection agency for sprint customers who have an unpaid Sprint bill that has gone to collections. ... don't answer unless you plan on making payment arrangements to take care of the bill. They will call every day for about 2 months then let off for a couple weeks then s**** up a***n. My ex ran up a large a** phone bill and I let it go... Now they are hounding me for the balance... I don't know why they won't go after him. He's the one who ran it up texting all his women he cheated on me with. ... Good luck.

This company has been calling me repeatedly for about two months now.  Each time, they say the message is for "Wanda L (so****ing)"  Since my name isn't Wanda, and I don't know anyone named Wanda, I never returned the calls.  I figured eventually they would realize they had the wrong number.  Boy was I wrong...they call at least once a day.  Most of the time I let it go to voicemail and then just delete the messages.  Today I answered, in hopes that I could speak to a real person so I could just tell them they have the wrong number and get them to stop calling. Found out it's a collection agency, looking to collect $642 for Sprint.  I tried a number of ways to get put through to a real person, but it disconnected me.  So I ended up just blocking their number.  Now their calls won't even come through - problem solved!

Same as everyone else however they aren't calling my number they are calling a family member's number asking for me.  No way to figure out who they are other then this thread.  They call 5 to 6 times a day between the hours of 7am to 10pm. when a someone answers they **** up or put you on hold they only leave a message half the time they get voicemail.  Is there anyway to verify the validity of these of people?

Same ol' same ol'...same B.S. that everyone else is reporting here!  Does anyone know how to get them to stop calling??  It's really ****ing me off that they waste my time and have me look at the caller ID on my cell...

Have been getting calls on a daily basis,  ****s, are very annoying.  So****ing should be done about it, to have them removed from making any more calls.

Same experience as everyone else.  They call leave a message and call back number but no company, person or contact information. There is no information on the nature of the call except that they have personal information.

It appears to be a scam, although there is a collection agency by that name. They have a totally different phone number.

Today I got 2 calls from this number with the 1st having no one speak and the 2nd a man asked for Maria. Back in May, I got about 10 calls from this number asking for Maria. There is no Maria at my number! Is this a collection agency? I wish Maria would stop giving out my phone number as hers.

I just got the number they called today so I called them back and let them know they had the wrong number and they said they would take me off the list. I guess I'll see what happens, I hope they did.

Calls with an automated voice leaving a name of someone who has never lived at this home.  Says it's about an "important personal matter" We have periodically also received live calls from the same number and told them that this person has never lived at this number and asked them to remove our number from their list.  Yet they call, and then provide a reference # which no matter how hard you try (at least when I have time to call back eves and weekends) can never get me to a human being who can (and would they anyway? I doubt it!) actually do anything to resolve the issue.  Harassment.

Its "Diversified Adjustments" and they are so rude and shady towards me that I doubted they were legitimate--they claimed i owed over 1000 dollars on an account i have never had! they ***g up on me twice and accused me of being rude and ****ing up on them (they accused me of the very things they were guilty of)--so abusive and intimidating, especially to someone who has no idea who they are and has never actually done anything wrong and doesn't actually owe them any money whatsoever. I suspected they were a scam to obtain personal information and conduct id theft themselves. otherwise, they are treating me as if i am guilty of so****ing when i am in fact a victim of id theft. really awful--they should not be allowed to conduct business.

The same thing is happening to me. I have 5 calls just this weekend from the same number with the same message. please let me know how you can help stop the calls.

Calls looking for someone who I do know, but has never lived here. Refuses to tell me what company they are calling for. Even though I tell them the person does not and has never lived here, they keep calling. I try to get a supervisor to speak with but only get the same ude person amed "Louis" every tine I call and can get no further.

Keeps calling my work and saying I must call back immediately.  Leaves this number to call back but when I do, I get ***g up on during a recording.  Very annoying to me and coworkers not in my office who receive their calls.
