keeps calling my number and either asking for shirly or ****ing up

Numerous charges on my credit card.  The person who answered this line said their computers were down and could not provide me any information.  I contacted my credit card company and opened a fraud case.  I also had to get another CC #.  I have no idea how these crooks got hold of my CC information.  I have a feeling, I not heard the last of them yet.  If your card has been charged, contact your CC company and protest the charges.  Do not provides these crooks any of your personal information.  I'm sorry I provided by address and phone #.

This also happened to me and I called and raised all kinds of*****.  The woman I spoke with was extremely rude and threatening with telling me I authorized this and they can track the ISP address from the computer it was done on.  I don't care if they can track every move someone makes I did not authorize this and I told her exactly what I thought and now I have checked and 6 charges of $12.95 and 6 charges of $30.00 were all refunded back to me. This even after the woman had the nerve to **** up on me.  If this is happening to you I recommend you call 800-595-5100 or 877-852-8850 and pitch a fit then they will have someone contact you back (which is the rude ones) and more than likely as they did me they will refund your money. I did not sign up for anything nor activate any kind of credit card with these people.  I think I will certainly report them.  I am tired of scammers!!!!

Same as the others, an amount of $39.95 was taken out of my account. I will find out who it is and how to get it back.

same story here its an add on company when you sign up for some credit line.. called FIRST UNIVERSAL PLATINUM.. i had to call multiple times to get through to cancel.. good luck  1-800-595-5110. they also try and sell you more junk before you get off the phone!!!!

There was an unauthorized 39.95 taken out of my credit card account. How do i get my money back? This has to be illegal since i didnt even hear of this national gold until my card statement came.

Same here.  I got a charge on my bank account of 39.95 and it had this phone number but it ****s up when you call!

its a credit card or credit line that you applied for. They tell you that you can have a 7500 dollar line of credit and then forget to inform you that you can only use this "card" online to buy their products. If you don't cancel within 30 days you get that 39.95 dollar charge. I have tried to call them numerous times to cancel my account and get the run around and the "we will no connect you to a customer service rep" just to be on hold for an extensive period of time to get transferred to another person that has no idea what they are doing. Their email department doesn't respond either. I personally don't know what I'm going to do. I thought i was going to get an actual card, not a headache

I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and this number deducted $39.95 from my debit card and I can not get in touch with them to remove the charge.
