Leave a CommentBofA Mortgage Customer Disservice is terrible! BofA has had problems posting our payments for the past 5 months even though the checks have cleared. We have faxed numerous bank statements as proof of payment to this number. Even when we do send them proof they still do not post the payment. They have ruined our credit record also. They apologize and say our records will be repaired in 60 days!If you want to avoid a lot of the automated phone steps when trying to reach "customer service" then dial1-800-669-6093. You'll won't have to go thru any steps!
I can not get a error straightened out. I was given this number to fax that BAC applied my payment to another persons prin****l. I am trying to fax them my canceled check showing them they credited itto another persons loan number.I can not get through to them.
I was given this phone number as a fax to BAC home loans, but it does not work! Still can not find a valid fax for them or email since my mortgage was sold to them...
The number called my cell, left no message.
