after about 1000 rejected calls (I did call back a couple times and noone was there) I checked this site and saw the mention of Mrerrck Bank, and yeah I do owe them some money (probably a lot of you do), so they wore me down and I'm trying to settle with them.

They all the time, never say anything and then **** up. Very annoying. You would think for people who want landlines the companies that provide the service would step in to help this type of abuse..

there are America bank collection agency and it hesitates when it answers because it is an automatic dialer system.... please be informed before you post to the site and get accurate information

Continually calls day and night. When they leave a message it is a female voice stating she is calling from the card processing center, no other information. Oh and to call them back!! right

I get calls several times a day from this number. I googled it and found this site. I do have Merrick acct but am not behind in payment?? I never answer unknown or 800 calls but it is ANNOYING to get them!!

Merrick Bank they will hound you 15 times a day for payment...they call my work over 3 times within a three minute period..!! Guess I should pay them huh?

I have been getting sick of that number showing up on my caller id through out the day! They were calling me up to 7 time a day. I finally called them back. It was Merrick Bank calling because they had a payment I made to them come back as insuffiecient funds. I am not sure why because I had plenty of money in my account. Thats who it is....Merrick bank.

Kept getting missed calls from the number, and when I called the number it gives me a voice prompt saying: "for quality****urance, this call is recorded."

Unknown caller but they attempt several days on my cell phone and at work. I ended up setting up a rule on my cell phone that looks for this number... now when they call, it does a pickup/****up on then.
