Harassment! Calls 40 or more times a day!!!

EVERYDAY I GET CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER. I DO NOT WHY THEY R CALLING ME. WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK THEY DID NOT TELL ME ANYTHING. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND ,IF IT IS ANY LAW FIRM ,WHY DON'T THEY STOPPED CALLING PEOPLE AND BEING AN ANNOYING TO PEOPLE.

Caller was very rude and lied about where he got my number. Was looking for another person that they thought that i may have contact with. Unscrupulous....

THIS COMPANY MAKES 700 K A MONTH AND THE COLLECTIONS ARE FIXED-IF YOUR A GHETTO LATINA WITH HUGE ****S YOU WILL DO WELL..IF YOU AREWHITE FORGET IT....THEY PAY EVEN THE TALL WOMAN **** WAGES AND CRY POOR-THE MANGERS MAKE $$$$$$$$$$ AND THEY SLEEP WITH EMPLOYEES..THE OWNER RIPS OFF THE IRS DAILY-ONCE MEXICAN GIEL COLLECTED 21,000-SHE HAS BIG****YS AND IS FED GOOD ACCOUNTS-THEY OVERWORK EMPLOYEES-ITS A SWEATSHOPWITH NO HEALTH BENEFITS -A DIVE TOO!!!!!111

Do not work for this company ever! They are full of s**t. They play games and dont care about anyone but the management staff. They all make 6 figures and pay their employees **** pay and lay off with no notice allllll the time. They play favorites and managers and hooking up with employees for commission. If you're a dtr and recieve a call from them. They willll settle, they willlll let you make payments. They are ligit they are just a**holes! Dont let them tell you they wont!

Don't know who these guys are,but they just harrassed me to the point of ****ing up.All kinds of threats, harrassing calls at WORK, which is illegal.Threatening with house calls, coming to my work. an arrogant and vicious person on the other line-- someone who goes by the name of seth nelson/munson-- couldn't really understand his s***ch pattern-- sounded very uneducated.Either way, when I asked for so****ing in writing, he laughed, and continued his threatening manner.  Not good!   Really not good!  This WILL come back to bite you.

Young lady, pleasant looking for another person had all of the right information ewxcept the phone number. The number was mine not the person they were supposedly looking for. ..Just on a ***ch I did a google and found they are a disreputable firm ???if even a firm

I s****ed receiving calls from 800-600-2610 at work and my parents have received calls from a John Grant from David Dufeks law office.  As he was asked questions for leaving a message he s****ed to get hostile about why the questions were being asked and would not go into any detail as to what he was calling for.  He would only state it was a personnal matter.  After reading all of these other notes about them harrasing I feel I need to stop this before it s****s.

Their office called me by mistatke confusing me with someone else with the same name.  Despite this obvious mistake they were abusive, called me a liar and other names, yelled throughout the phone call and finally threatened to make to court. Even if I was the deadbeat they were looking for their actions should not be tolerated as they are a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act.  I'm filing a complaint with the California State Bar and I hope that everyone they harass illegally will also do so.  With enough complaints they will discipline him and hopefully disbar him.  It is illegal for them to discuss your case with anyone other then you or to threaten to take you to court when they are not prepared to do so or for their staff to imply that they are attorneys when they are not.  Google California State Bar attorney complaint and it will take you to a form you can print out and file.  Good riddance to David Sean Dufek

This man claiming to be a Attorney keeps harrassing me at work.  I cannot take personal phone calls at work, and he has been told this.  He keeps harrassing the receptionist.  He is very rude to her.  I do owe money to a credit card, but I will not pay him a penny.  I will settle with the credit card company.

trying to get paid for a debt that has been already paid back keeps calling after I ask them not to also calling from different numbers

I am sick of this company or whatever it is calling me. I will report all of these numbers.

Hugo, an employee of this firm, called and left me a message regarding a legal civil matter concerning me, alarmed i was calling back when i was receievd another call at my work number. Didn't gie me a chance to say anything, let into me about a debt i owe and what i wanted to do before i was taken to court. ****ed, i said go ahead. He responded by , could you transfer me to your human resources office to verfiy employment, i said i would do there job for them. Call back and get them yourself. I am sending them a certified mail letter to cease their calls and stating my rights under Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Be informed and write or email.

Someone from that office called and left a message for me to return the call regarding a legal matter. Is there a way to get them to stop calling?

REceived call from Oscar looking for my son..would not give any additional information other than it was a legal matter and he could not give information to third party even when I advised I had Power of Attorney for my son.

I received two phone calls from two different people at this company. They called family members in a different state - offered up personal information regarding our financial status.... I too feel that this company is not as it represents itself - as a law firm. They attempted to use threats and bully tactics to get banking/credit card information to settle an outstanding debt. They could not even produce a decently written letter on actual letterhead! I did not feel comfortable handing over a large sum of money to someone I had not even seen an actual letter from regarding this issue so I called the actual company that the money was owed to - they sent me to a totally different collection firm with whom I made arrangements to pay. When I called this so called law office, I was passed over to some clown by the name of Mr Gray who was definately trying to put the scare tactics on and told me that they were going to continue with the judgement a***nst my husband. Very rude, s****ed yelling at me to pay my bills. When I called this number back to explain they had the wrong number for w***ver it was they wanted, they were hateful. Their reaction-If you are not the one we want then why are you calling us and they ***g-up.

I have received several calls from a Jodie Losgrenn in which she stated that a wage garnishment has already been sent out for my husband. I recently contacted a lawyer who said that this law firm and it's so called employees are all full of s**t. She claims that the garnishment went out in June of this year and to this date my husband has not yet received anything from his employer stating a wage garnishment.

This company used decietful tactics to obtain information about a family member who has never had any financial ties or co-anything to me.  They have called numerous times and pose as a "friend". Thank goodness for *69 and the internet!!

Trust me, this company breaks alot of laws in debt collecting. They are going to harass the wrong person some day and they will have to close their doors. This office of bullys have called my husband at work(9 times),called his boss, called his ex-wife, called the ex-wife's new husband, called neighbors, called children. They use unethical threat tactics. When you do speak to them they shout, scream and **** up before you can have a civil conversation. You can only get away with this for so long, then enough people are going to complain to the right people and then it will be over for them. If enough people complain and take a stand for their rights, so****ing will be done. As for a class action law suit...I say hip!hip huray!!
