We are getting many many calls from this number.  We have asked to be taken off their call list (we are also on the national DNC list) and they said they are a charitable organization and it doesn't apply to them.  They are rude and **** up without a word, which leads me to believe they are not calling for ****** cancer...or any other charity.  Called back many times and left a message to have our number removed from their list (their answering ma****e asks you to leave your number and area code for removal).  We are still getting calls and this has been going on for several months now.

i have told them time and time a***n to stop calling, told them to give me thier minnesota tax excempt number, address, ect... they said don't have it there, of course not, i screamed literally not to call that i am on the do-not call list, they go hold on, hold on, and i said no, you hold on, i am reporting that this number is used for the firemans fund, childrens fund, ****** cancer, and 2 others, i can't remember. a***n tonight, said DO NOT CALL A***N, unlikely, they will call, next time, i'm just gonna answer, say hold on, and put the phone down till they **** up, i'll do that every time from now on. it's on thier dime so why not?

They say it's ****** Cancer Society but they are telemarketer for them, giving very little to the charity. Told them not to call a***n but they called a***n.

Caller will not say anything, calls several time a day. When call returned it sounds similar to a fax but is not.

In a very nasty tone of voice, he asked for my wife. I asked him to identify himself and he said "1st Armored Div ****** Cancer,where is she?" I told him I would meet him and talk or dance, he ***g up.

The caller did not leave a message.

I get calls from this number ait is dead about three times a day. One time it had someone on the other end who asked my wife for me (I wasn't home).Now there is no one on the line when answered. The one person sounded Indian.

They call four times a day. Never leave a message. When I answer it is a woman named Karen who is collecting donations for this charity. Will not send info in the mail as it will cost too much money.

Woke me the morning of Jan 20, 2009 but ***g up before I could tell them not to call a***n. Can someone make them stop?

Caller had my first name and addressed me by it, rather than a business-like last name. When I asked who was calling they just gave a first name "Gabrielle". When question where Gabrielle was calling from - the caller ***g up. Not only did this caller disturb me, get me to the phone and interrupt what I was doing, but then was rude enough to ****-up on me.

Caller ID said "Toll Free Call" I answered the phone and the person asked if my wife was available (by name). I said: "no, who is calling" and she ***g up.

they ***g up on me when I said I was the husband. I am on a do not call list for a reason.

Said they were from ****** Cancer Society and soliciting for a pledge drive. This is a scam operation. they go by other phone numbers as well. Call them back to rack up their 800 charges. These are de****able people. They collect from this number for other charities I believe, all of which are scams.

I get calls from this number at least 5-6 times a day. I have answered in the past and no one would speak on the other line. I usually just let the ansering ma****e pick up but they never leave a message. So much for the DoNotCall registry!

On 11/25/08 the 800-600-9030 unavailable number called my home 7 times between 6pm and 8pm before I finally answered. A man asked for me by name and I immediately explained I was on the no call list and that I believed 7 calls was excessive and not to call a***n - He still tried to give me his speal and I told him I didnt care who he was or what he was selling I wasn't buying or donating and not to call a***n. I filed a complaint on the No Call Website as well. Please let's get this stopped - I'm considering disconnecting my phone - We can't enjoy dinner or peace and quiet in our own home.

Tonight, my husband answered the phone and could barely hear the girl who said she was with TL services or so****ing, and he told them I was there...(grr on him for not telling them to stop calling!!)

I am on the Do Not Call list, this # calls me twice a day and ****s up. The Do Not Call list has failed...

They claim to be "the ****** cancer society" from Michigan but it seems to be just a boiler room telemarketing scam. Beware

Got a call from the 800-600-9030 number today - representing the ****** Cancer Charity.  The woman was very polite - but since I was in the middle of handing off the kids on a Play Date - didn't get the full info on "who" they were but had already pledged.  When I tried to call back - got the fax and came to this site and found out the "248" number in Sherri's post in May and that they are Teleservice USA.  I called the number and asked to rescind my pledge and they were very accomodating.  NOt saying I want these types of calls and will add to my Security Screen list - but I will say the people I spoke to today were all helpful in quickly resolving this.  Just hope anyone else who gets ****ed into this has the same experience.  Just be sure to say no!

No more call from this number please. Calls at inconvenient time waking a family member not feeling well. No caller voice - can hear digital clicks - very annoying.

I got a call from 800-600-9030 May 24 2008 9:09AM EST.  I did not answer, they did not leave message.  I called back the same number and got a voice mail box that was full.  I called back the same number a second time and got a fax ma****e.

Sherri is absolutely right. I called the number just a minute ago, got to speak with a manager right away, and he took care of it. These people are still all kinds of s***my, but at least you do have a way of getting them to stop calling.

I just got a call from this number aswell. Didn't know who it was, so I didn't answer. I am aswell on the do not call list. But I still manage to get a few calls like this.

I too received a call from this number and I'm also on the "Do Not Call" list.  There was no one on the other end.  Just dead air.

Called them and it says they are with "tella/tele service USA" and it was a voice message  but was full so i couldn't leave a **** message.

They called me at 9 in the **** morning.  Decided to search the number on the net and got this.  I'm ****ed.  i have my # on the do not call list.

this caller asked for the owner of the phone number when I tried to get info to take a message she then asked for the son of the phone’s owner who has not lived with her for 25 years she claimed to part of a children’s charities group. I told her that I was reg. with do not call list and she said she was immuned to the do not call list because they are a non profit co. so I said if you are who you say you are why doesn’t your name appear in my caller ID instead of unavailable she had no answer I told her do not call me number a***n and remove my number from their calling list. I didn’t catch the name of the company so I tried to call it back and a fax ma****e or computer pick up on the other end. I believe that the caller is a cover for a debt collector or telemarketer
