Called and asked for someone else, asked for a call back. Would not give out a purpose or any real info, sounded like a debt collector with a bad number.

This number calls my cell phone, which I placed on the national do not call list. Once they called at 5AM. Whenever I pick up, they disconnect the call and never say anything. I googled it and apparently this is Pinnacle Financial Group, which has been reported as a "phantom debt collector". DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!!! They have complaints a***nst them with the CIC and the BBB.

I have been getting calls from Pinnacle for weeks now, night and day. They call and ask for someone else. I tell them there is no one by that name here, All I get is "yeah right, You know who you are. Own up to your responsibilities and be a grown up, you owe this bill pay it" I told them...how dare they call me and harrass me this way. I am not the person they are accusing me to be. They said they would continue to call until I admit who I am. What rights do we have? I'm waiting to hear from my lawyer.
