Leave a CommentI have a charge of $9.15 from this company, and do not even know what or who it is. I have tried calling the number, and it is always out of service. I am disputing the charge on my card.
My experience is the same as Vic above.. $9.15 charged back in August for so****ing I didn't authorize. Good thing I happened to check my statement! Luckily my credit card company credited me for it without any fuss.
I got a $9.10 charge on my debit card. The bank said if the card had been used on-line to purchase anything, that is probably where "Site Services" got the number. As for the phone number, "This number has not yet been activated..." is the recording I got. There is a form to fill out to dispute the charge and the bank is sending me a new card.
Same here. Got tagged for $9.10 back in August. My bank said they'll help, but I have to go fill out paperwork. CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS!! I was never called, just got billed randomly.
I also got a charge from Site Services for $9.15 on my credit card that I didn't authorize. The credit card company said their records show the charge as computer maintenance / repair. They said it showed I keyed in my credit card number on-line. That's a new one. I KNOW I didn't authorize anything because the date this happened we had just moved and our computer wasn't even up and running yet. LOLThanks to this site and what I read to the credit card company, they disputed the charge and credited me the $9.15. Beware!!! Check your statments! If it happens a***n, I'll have my credit card cancelled and reissued.
I also received a charge on my credit card from Site Services (NY) for $9.05 that I didn't authorize. I'm glad I checked this site. Thanks to Ken, Jan, and Not Good for confirming that this is not an isolated case. I haven't received any calls from this number.
Has called numerous times but never left a message. Today someone named Carrie left a message, said she keeps calling but never gets me and if I don't call her back she will call me at work. No company name given.
I keep getting phone calls from this number at my job. I do not answer either. I think it is a bill collector and they are not supposed to ***t you down at your job, isn't that illegal?
(Automated message)Please return my call. this call is from Portfolio Recovery****ociates. This communication is from a debt collector and any information obtained will be used for this purpose.

Called 4 times in an hour. Only letting it ring 2/3 times then **** up.
I too got a charge on my debit for $9.10. Called the bank and they are reversing the charge and blocking my card. Now I have to wait to get a new card. What a pain..........Be on the lookout for anything from this company it's totally bogus, hopefully they will be stopped soon. How do they get the CC numbers?
Collection Agency representing Cash Money. Will call 3 times a day for a month or so and then go away for 3 or 4 months until file is reassigned.
we keep getting a call from an automated "amanda" and she says, "this is amanda. give me a toll free call at". she's been calling for several months and it's really irritating.

Yes, they call me too, all day long. Very annoying at work. They may be trying to reach someone named, Fa*** but do not have the last name.
Got a call from this number this afternoon. When I answered, no one was there. I called back the number and got a mechanical voice that asked that I hold for a "very important" call. Needless to say, I did not.
This is Merchants Credit Guide Company ( http://www.merchantscreditguide.com/ ). Google their name - there are lots of complaints about them. If they try to collect from you, get some professional advice; they may be trying to collect on a bogus debt that you don't actually owe.
Getting calls last couple days from a Valerie Maddox at. Only know the number cause of message left. Caller ID says out of area. In FLA it is illegal for unknown callers. All callers on caller ID must identify themselves.****uming it's for this collection agency being discussed but I will only respond in writing!
Same automated call as everyone else. Perhaps there is a way to block specific callers? The caller leaves an automated recording on my answering ma****e every day. They are trying to collect on an old debt. The name of the company is Wolpoff & A***mson. The message left is this:*****o, this is a message for *****. If you are not the person, please **** up immediately. This is the Law firm of Wolpoff & A***mson. We are a debt collector agency. It is important that **** calls us back at 1, and provide the following ref# ****** Caller: Wolpoff & A***mson Caller Type: Collection Agency
Well, my dad just came up to my room and told me to check this out, he said it was really creepy. A number called him and he said all they said were they were creditors, but he said they had a really funny sounding voice, they ***g up after that. Kinda strange huh, so have any of you guys heard back from them since then? This was the first call we got from them.
your an as*
we get calls DAILY on our ma****e from that number.. only a computer-sounding recorded message is left (usaually half way cut-off).. saying please to return a call them back at that 1 number. I refuse to call back a number when I don't even know who the heck it is? Or where it is coming form? But I dunno how to get them to stop..it's almost a daily thing..and annoying as heck!)
i got few messages from them as well. it is a collection agency . i don't know how they got my number. it's difficult to contact them since they don't answer the calls and their voicemail boxes are always full.
Some Research Group. Talking about some qualification for credit card debt reduction program. I PAY MY **** CREDIT CARD OFF - EACH AND EVER MONTH! Who the heck are these ****s!
