My Visa was charged $11.49 on 8/25/08; I called 800-604-3067 and got a "ring central" recording stating that the number was not activated.

I got charged $0.15 on 10-01-08. Very frustrating. I bank with Bank of America and my account was negative so $35.00!! We are on the way to the bank now to see what we can do.

Exact same story here - my visa debit card wa***** with .11 on 9/30/08.  Don't let this go.  The fraud dept. of my bank cancelled the card immediately - waiting a week for a new card is nothing compared the huge amount they can hit your account with when they recognize they have an active credit card number.

This seems to be affecting Visa's Credit or Debit (ATM)

Got charged .07 yes****ay from this # ALS 800-604-3067 MA. Called the # & it said it was not activated yet. Called the bank (ATM Visa card)and had them cancel card & refund the money. Have to wait 2 weeks for new card to arive. This is Fraud / Iden***y theft!!!!

I called RingCentral.But I called there media line and got different help. Maybe if more people call and complain through that so****ing will get done. Her name is Emily.

Sparky-- You should definitely call the bank and dispute the charge.  By law, you don't have to pay the unauthorized $0.13 charge or the****ociated overdraft fee.To the guy who said a CEO called him--What company are you talking about?  I couldn't get a hold of anyone.  (RingCentral is not the company that made the charge--they are just the telephone company being used by the scammers.)

Seems to be Visa's that are getting hit. Maybe someone should warn Visa themselves

Same problem as everyone else. Charged .11 to my local credit union ATM card (Visa). I have used card for online purchases in the past, but not any time recently. Fraud hits everywhere.....even small town in Wyoming!

I had the same number for that company and the CEO called me pretty sad. And they are rude and ******.

I am amazed on how many people are getting nailed with this. Is their not so****ing someone can do. I mean come on. This is our lives there messing with and there not getting nailed for it. I had to get a new card. Pretty sad I will say.

Mine too.  Except it hit me when negative.  Their 13 cents cost me 25 dollars!!!

I also had a .16 charge to my account.  It was on 9/29 my bank called me today about it.  This was also on a Visa.

It looks like people are all over the country.  Do people use particular banks?  I saw one person note Wamu/Providian.  One person said ATM card, a couple Visa.  Are there any similarities?  Did folks use their cards somewhere online recently?

I called my credit card issuer about a small charge from this company.  I was told that it was from an online purchase from "Advertising services."  No additional information was available.  The phone number listed on the invoice is disconnected/not activated.I suspect that this is a scammer "testing" out to see what card numbers work before making bigger charges.  I'd definitely contact your card company and have your card replaced.

I had a charge for .16 appear on my Visa credit card from ALS 800-604-3067 as a purchase on 9/30/08. I have not purchased anything from these people.  Have no idea where they got the cc number but the bank has cancelled the charge and the credit card.

I was also charged 13 cents on my WaMu/Providian Visa card...  Not sure what it is.  I don't recall making any purchase like that or registering my card with anyone.

I had these people charge 13 cents to my credit card.  I searched for the company online and found this number, 800/574-5290.  These people are a bunch of idiots!!  Just dispute the charge with the bank!

This happened to me too.  I called the number and it hasn't been activated yet.  I called my bank and they couldnt tell me what it was for either.  The only option my bank gave me was to cancel my ATM card and wait 5-7 days for a new one?????  I was charged .14  It was a online transaction (that's what the bank said).

Same thing happen to me.  I am calling my bank also.  I was charged .15.

I was charged .17 today on my credit card for this number ALS 800-604-3067 MA when I called the number it was through RingCentral. I called them gave them my credit card number and they don't have me on file. My question is how can they charge me for so****ing I am not on file to do so. I have a charge they don't have my credit card number. I am scared and totally freak out. I am calling my bank in the morning and the police. I don't know what else to do. I hope someone does so****ing about this or tell me and I will do it.
