This call is from a junk debt collector. The 'personal call' was from a debt that was discharged in my bankruptcy, but alas, I guess they didn't get it when I told them the case number where to look it up, after the twit spoke rather rudely to me about paying this upfront and demanded my account number and such. And before I said in my state, I can record if you keep talking and getting your permission. which the twit said, "I don't *****in' care"...and when I file this with the local courts, I just may pay the bill off and swim to Barbados for the winter.

About a month ago, I received a call of which, when I answered identifed himself as "Jeff".  If he told me the company or organization he represented, I did not get it.  He immediately stated that this call was to inform us that both of our accounts were at a zero balance.  I was so stunned, and since there are only two places where both my husband and I have debt, I wrongly****umed it was a local medical clinic/hospital bill of which we had finally paid off most of the debt.  I stuttered out the words, "Both debts?"  Jeff confirmed, "Yes, both balances are at zero".  He even volunteered that if we had further question or needed****istance, I could call him anytime.  I profusedly thanked him, as he ***g up. This was a month ago. None of my bills are at zero balance; I have thoroughly checked the only two debts in question. I have also called the number that showed on my caller ID, but I just get an automated message stating that "extension # 77504 is unavailable" and that I can leave a message - of which I have.  I have never received a return call.

This number called my cell phone and left a msg with no return number I hit opt 5 and it gave me a number and it said it was busy. what do they want?

It called me a second time on March 19 (and ***g up on me a***n when I answered).  So much for the Do Not Call list...

I have received calls twice in 2 days from this number.  When I answer, I am immediately placed on musical hold for about 30 seconds before the call is disconnected.  I have tried calling back, and it tells me that extension is busy, and I'm welcome to leave a message.  I have left a piece of my mind both times, but not sure if they get the picture.  This is harrassment plain and simple.  I am on the do-not-call list, and have no idea what this company wants.  What a horrible way of doing business!
