That some one is using. My S.S number..

The annoying caller won't leave a message.

They call several times a day/week per month. They don’t identify themselves nor leave a message. I’d like to reach through the phone and break their neck!!

They call over and over looking for people I don't know.

Called me. Won't answer and they won't leave messages.

I received 2 calls from this number this morning while I was enjoying church! How can these people be so disrespectful to harass others on Sunday mornings?!

Claim to be credit collection group. I explained service they were calling about was never received and clmpany-Waste Management- wwas told to cancel service for the dates being billed. I sent letter to Waste Management explaining I had canceled service ...wm,apparently, responded to letter by referring to this collection(?) group-sent copies of prior correspondence to RMS-calls continued SCAM contact state consumer protection agency!!!

called but I didn't answe. called back and it said it was a collections agency. for what? I owe nothing.

called my number to say my mother owed $38.60 for a delinquent trash billshe stated that i wasn't able to talk with her regarding the account as i wasn't my mother but that i could pay on her behalf. knowing my mother doesn't pay for a trash bill as it is covered by her****ociation, i told her to ***** offSCAM! stay far away

they called regarding a trash bill i didn't pay...that's funny because i don't actually have to pay for my trash as it's paid by my****ociation

Here is how you will NEVER get another call from these folks. it is real simple.go to party supply store. buy throw away air horn. some of you already know what i am going to say at this point. follow along.answer the phone call. say "are you the one in charge? can i speak to a manager instead please?"when the manager or supervisor gets on the phone, say "you are annoying me with your calls. i have a response for you, are you listening?"blast the airhorn in the receiver.this will remove the call from your phone. guaranteed. there are several companies that do not call me anymore. if you get another call from another number, answer it. follow procedures. these people will take you off the call list real fast.

they have called our offices claiming we owe a bill to Staples which paid long ago. They gave a reference #. I called back and they asked for the reference # or the phone # from which I am calling. I gave them the reference # and they s****ed asking name, address, phone #. I told them I am not giving any more info- they originally called me and should have it on file. The attendant got indignant and told me that I had an at***ude and was going to end the call if I would not give information. Fine. I don't owe them anything anyway.

I think this is a phony debt collection company trying to get people to send them money.  It's a scam!  Do not send them money!

They s**** calling me at about 8:00 am each day of the week and on weekend too. I have even had some calls as late as 11:30 pm. This is all for UPS COD orders from DB products back in 2007. COD is for Coash On Deliver. We all no that UPS will not just drop off COD and even more than one time at that. I even called tham back on this many times and have found they are not nice to talk too. They need to get it right before they s**** calling!

im tired of getting called by this number and listening to music.Its anoying as well as harassing.

They also called and said i had money to owe , and i asked for what and he said for shampoos.  I buy shampoo here at the market. I've been getting solicitations over the phone from merchant services too.  I have a feeling its the same person.  I think my computer got hacked from using internet explorer.

They have called and called and called! I purchased so****ing from One Stop Camera.  I never have!  My attorney has sent them a letter and then faxed them a letter.  This did not stop the calls.  I have given them my attorney's name and # twice now!  My attorney said not to return their calls or to speak with them if they call a***n.  Thinking about filing a complaint for violation of Fair Debt Collection Act.

RMS collections keeps sending letters and invoices for a Google Checkout toatling $1,100. I never used Google services to make a purchase

They call me 10 times a day on my cell phone. The said they will only stop if I give them $140. I told them no and they said they would stop calling if I paid them $70. I told them I was going to call the police.

They keep calling several times a day and then no one speaks.  They need to be reported.

Said they have invoices past due from a company that went bankrupt I do not owe them a dime SCAM

They left me a message and a Reference number, I called, was on hold for over 5 Minutes, then a lady answered, asked if I could hold, I said “NO, I’ve been holding for 5 minutes” she said “I have to clear my screen and I’m over loaded” I said “Fine” 3 minutes later, they picked up and then ***G UP!!!!  Company name is RMS;Receivable Management Services, Collections and Customer Care Center

been receiving calls from this on my cp. I never answer it but, they keep calling. No messages are left.

Caller said that they were calling in regards to a letter I recently received in the mail (I never received any letter).  Then gave hours and numbers to call back.
