I called this number back, and a was connected with a voice message explaining that this number is the Shriners calling for support for their current campaign. If you would like to be removed from the call list, call their Customer Care Line at 1-800-470-5349, between 9am-9pm EST.

Recieved a call from them as well in Oshawa Ontario.  No one spoke but I could hear voices in the background.  ***g up.

receive calls from 800-615-8658 almost daily.  When answered theire is a ****up.  Alnost sounds like an automated dialer.

Received a call in Hamilton, Ontario. No one spoke -- just dead air for a little bit.

Calls my home phone daily. Always pick up and there is never anybody there. When you call back it is a recording indicating it is the remises Shriners about community programs and they are sorry they couldn't get through at that time but that they will call back. I don NOT want them to call back. How do I stop this?

If you call the number back, they have an automated message telling you that they are Remises Shriners. They also have a number for you to call to have your name removed from their calling list (1-800-470-5349). Listen to the options, then they let you know what number to press (it was option 9 for me)they then ask you to listen to see if your number is in fact the number they are going to read off to you. If it is your number you then press 1. I haven't received any calls from them since I have followed these steps :)

Dead air. No ****s or anything trying to sell me stuff.

Keeps calling but leaves no message so I let my voice mail pick it up and I have call display so if it is unkown nameor number I will not pick up or answer it.

Just recieved a call here in Oakville - dead air.
