Leave a CommentAside from the posts from SAC being a shill for a collection agency, these folks are pushy, persistent and rude. They keep contacting me on a supposed guarantee I made for my nieces student loan. I have sent them several dispute letters they keep calling. I sent them an affidavit they keep calling. I demanded proof I guaranteed some loan, they provide nothing cause they have nothing, and gthey keep calling. I guess they think that since they are Sallie Mae that they are above FDCPA laws. They are wrong. Harassment is harassment.The only 'HELP' they are is to help separate you from yuor money.
