it is a company called Gulf Coast Readers. They are out of Florida. They are scam artists who try to sell you magazines at supposedly discount rates. They get your debit/credit card number and charge the heck out of it.
Trying to get u to buy magazines and get ur credit card info.
I have no idea who this is.
