yeah called me asking for some lamar or so****ing wouldn't accept that i do not know the guy nor am i the guy.

Contunued calls for a Moses and Rosa regarding a loan.Have asked on more than one occasion to stop calling and remove me from the data base as you have the wrong number and name.

very annoying. Got a call from these number at 3am, 5am, 7am, and 9am. Don't know what their problem is.

My sister gets these calls every other week from 800-***-6700. Once they speak to someone that "slips" and says that they know who the caller is trying to reach, they will continually call. I told them if they called me a***n, I'd call the cops. Harrassment is a***nst the law. It's not my fault one of my relatives didn't pay their bills on time. My sister doesn't live with us, but somehow we keep getting calls for her, since my mom told them we were related. If you get a call asking for information about someone you know, tell them anything except that you KNOW that person. I ***g up on them and they called back, even after i ***g up on them 6 times in a row. Finally, we let the answering ma****e get it. Screen your calls after you **** up on them, they will call a***n. But they are just a bunch of low-life cold-callers. They show up at my house and I'll give em whats for!

ID says 800 Service, never answers

westlake fin calls day and night. I expressed to them I was in a car accident and the car is a total loss. I'm getting up to 10 calls a day. And even hoildays. I am still in pain from the accident, and still do not have a car to get around in. Please help me.

i haven't made apayment on my truck cuz it's broke down n i'm no longer working cuz i don't have transportation n i can't afford 2 get truck fixed so i told em to come n pick it up but they keep calling wanting money i don't have n won't be able 2 pay when im a single mom with 3 kids to support can just imagine how i'm doing there...like they could give a damm!

This guy Joe keeps calling me from this number asking me who's this, I said who's this your calling me and you don't know who your looking for? Telling me he needs info on my company, I'm not cooperating with the investigation HA ha has he just met the wrong guy to mess with. I will track this down and find out exactly what the story is these low life people with nothing to do but bother people.

i do have a loan with westlake they s**** calling a week before payment is due. I  have wired payment thinking they would get it faster they still call. i have 5 months left on loan and can not wait to be done with them . never i repeat never finace with them,. you could pay them early and they will still call you about so****ing and it is always threat 1800-***-6700

Got a call today for a friend of mine-the guy had a heavy accent and said that she needed to call him back-he said his name was Ronald, then c****ed it to Rosco later on in the conversation! He wanted her personal info and when I refused to give it out he said "What you don't want to help out your friend?". I told him I was a social service****istant and I was trained to not give out personal info-he even wanted to know where she lived! I told him that I would give her his number and have her call him back. He wouldn't even tell me who he represented. I asked what it was about and he mentioned that he had to talk to her before he made a decision! lol This guy really thought I was going to give out my friends private info! His number came up on the caller ID as 323 323 and he gave me the 800 number later on! lol There was no way I was going to give him anything! He was way to fishy!!

Received a messsage on answering ma****e that I couldn't understand most of the message. The caller id displayed unknown name, unknown number. The message asked me to please call back about a family member emergency medical issue.  I just deleted it because I know if my wife or I had a family member emergency, our cell phones would be the first contact point.  The next day, receive another message and caller id displayed unavailable with # 800-***-6700.  Message asked me to please call back, gave an account reference number and it was in regards to a medical emergency of a family member and gave the name of my ex-wife.  This really made me su****ious because I had just visited with my son and his mother was perfectly fine.  I have read on the internet that this phone # is for Westlake Financial - they are trying to collect a debt.  She bought a car at a cheap car place and may not be making payments.

Some guy named danny calls me every week and trys to get in contact with one of my old roomates.  I think they are trying to collect a debit.  All I got out of them was that they are in California and work for some company called Westlake.

received call from the company, offering some type of business deal.rejected the seller, and keep calling back, getting kind of annoying.thinking for a severe complain to their company
