called about account from hospital, wanted my birthdate and address, ***g up don't have any outstanding bills

This number called my phone yes****ay and left a voicemail with a different phone number to call back. Claimed to be from Carecentrix. This was odd because we don't have a balance. I checked my bill and the both numbers (from voicemail or called ID) were not listed on the bill. I called the number from my bill and was told that they had not called and I had a $0 balance. When I gave her the numbers, she said neither is****ociated with Carecentrix. I called the number listed on my voicemail. It gives a "Please hold for a representative. Have you insurance information and address available," message and then rings. THIS IS NOT HOW THE REAL CARECENTRIX SOUNDS WHEN YOU CALL! When a woman answered, I asked what company she was with and she responded, "St. John's--I mean, Carecentrix." I told her I had called the real Carecentrix and was told they were not****ociated and were scamming. She said I must be misinformed because they are a third party biller for Carecentrix. Funny, since Carecentrix is a third-party biller. I did inform her I had also called the police to file this number as fraud. Do not give personal information to this number!!!
