I believe this is a scam call. Person called representing capital one to inquire about unauthorised purchases. Going thru a list of charges at each he encouraged me to click yes that I had authorised the purchase. I told him that did not make any sense. He said he was just trying to do his job, I hung up and went thru the purchases responding no not yes. When I originally was cooperating and answered yes I received a code that he told me to input which authorised the purchase. . It did not make sense to do that and the immediate reply was capital one not ask for this code but obviously this "capital one rep" did ask for the code, Anyway I went thru and disputed all the charges. They were taken off my account, I locked my card and changed my password, I am filing complaint with capital one because on some way this person had real time access to my account and i wonder if there is someone on the inside at capital one feeding info to scammers,

Phone number is on my capital one letter I received.

Says Capital One on caller ID but it’s a scam.
