This number calls my cell about once a week. Usually while I am at work so I can't pick it up. They never leave a message. If I do pick it up there is no one there. I file a complaint with the "Do Not Call Registry" everytime they call. This is getting annoying.

i've received three calls in the last week from this number, all ****-ups when i answer. i have registered with the national donotcall registry, and have reported this there. odds are, however, that this is a s****ed re-dialer, which means that the phone number is actually not where the calls are coming from. ah well...

I signed up for a service with my cell company that allows me to block calls from certain numbers. For $5 a month it is great. I have this number blocked and several others. No calls.

This number has called me several times this past week, never leaving a message. I accidently picked up today...its a telemarketer trying to get you to apply for a government grant. Its a scam!

This number calls and doesn't leave a message and when you call back there is nothing. No one answers, no music or nothing. Other people say that it is a sales call, but I don't know because there is never a person to talk to.

They call on a daily basis on our work fax line. I called the number and spoke to a woman who barely spoke english. She looked up the company, based on my phone number and said it was "Ivory White" teeth whitener. They are a telemarketing house in the Philipines who handles various customers. I've tried to get them to stop calling, but it is not illegal to repeat a call after they have been asked to stop in the Philipines.

Matthew Lesko's Grant Finder - it's an auto dial ma****e.  If you don't answer*****o - the ma****e ****s up on you. I answer with my name and department, so I get ***g up on all the time by this number. My home phone ma****e s****s off with  -*****o and a pause. Then I say I don't care what you're selling - I don't want any - if you're a friend or relative I do!Funny thing - this is a government office they are calling. Kind of ironic, huh?

Told michael oper #131 to stop calling tryed to talk to his supervisor was on the phone w/someone eles. 1 hr.later they call back and ***g up no voice mailI called them back was talking to Michael a***n I told him to take this # off the list and i wanted to talk to your supervisor. The Supervisor had a bad connection was all brokenning up.And yes they are trying to sell Gov grants/Time shares or some bull s**t thing. BEWARE of the caller.......

Daniel,  someone told me to s**** pushing ****ons when you answer and no one is there.  It somehow messes up their computer.  They are recording the times you are most likely to answer your phone and then they will call back on a different day at that time.

I JUST S****ED RECEIVING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER LAST WEEK.THEY CALL 3 OR 4 TIMES A DAY AND WHEN I ANSWER NO ONE TALKS.I'M GETTING TIRED OF THIS ANY ADVICE?

This number came up on caller id and when I called back by pressing send on my missed call list the recording said this is not a working number. No message was left and I am also on the do not call list.

I get this call 3 or 4 times a week. I call the number back and it says that it is disconnected or no longer in service. It is obviously a telemarketer using caller-id s****ing technoology so that they cant be reported to the FCC.

Much like most of you, got a call from this number on my cell phone at 6:04pm Oct 23 2008...no one on line, tried calling back several times and get this is not a working number.....well if its not a working number then how the***** did they call me....freaking *****s

i just typed the phone number in google to see if anything would come up...and here i am. i am constantly getting phone calls from this number and it's driving me nuts. i keep telling them, "wrong number," yet i still get calls. get a clue. i have no idea who it is...i imagine they are trying to sell me so****ing...i don't usually give them a chance to say much of anything else.

I have actually called this 800-656-3192 number back and got Matthew Lesco's Grant Finders Team. I also managed to get in contact with someone and insisted that they remove me from their calling list. No more than an hour later they called my cell phone two more times back to back. Was anyone able to find out any information about monetary compensation? Or perhaps a class action law suit, or so****ing of that nature?

Call my cell phone, this is costing me money.  Don't do this a***n.

Got the call a***n this morning, reported them a***n to the FCC via the links provided above for the 2nd time.  If you get this call, report them.  The more that gets reported, the more likely they are to act on it.

Yea I just got one too. I think it might be the that grant company.

I am getting this on my cell phone as well, inspite of being registered on the do not call list.  I recommend everyone report them https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx if you have registered on the Do Not Call List.  If you haven't, you can do that at www.donotcall.gov

I get calls from this numberon mycell dayand night. I answer and ***ody is there, and when I call back I get nothing.

We are receiving an influx of calls from 800-656-3192 & are investigating with the phone company how to proceed to block these calls as we are listed on the do not call list. We may also consult an attorney to see if we may be en***led to receive some monetary compensation due to the annoyance & blatant disregard of the caller. We will be more than happy to****ist anyone else when we have further information.

This is a telemarketer calling to sell options regarding government grants and how you can get one. A lady tried to offer me a list, I asked is there a fee, she said yes and went into a sales s***ch she was trying to read. I said take my name off your list and she ***g up on me.Sales call and nothing more.
