I get those ****ty phone call several times a week for "debt reduction program". They identify themselves as QS Communication. I am sure they just steal that company's name, just like the other group who call themselves Broadcom. It is really annoying but I don't know how to stop them.
They called out company's helpdesk line which is reserved for internal employees. I called back and asked to be removed, they ***g up, so i called back about 10 more times with the redial ****on, got 10 different people and they all ***g up when i politely asked to be removed or speak with a manager. What a ****py company. Someone should file them with the government.
On July 13th at 1:47 p.m., I received the following call: “This is Sara Avis with US Communications at 1-800-657-0562. I’m calling about your credit cards and those predatory lenders who you are making those minimum payments to. Your situation is not as bad as those collectors might make you feel. It’s very important that you try to call me. My name is Sara Avis. You now qualify for the National Debt****istance Program. My phone number is 1-800-657-0562 and it is very important that you give me a call.” On July 14th at 9:21 p.m., I tried to call to request my number be removed from the database but there was only a message that “all of our operators are unavailable right now” and I should leave my name and number to call them back. Like that’s going to happen…
Just another instance of my previous complaint.
Received message stating to call 800-657-0562 about reducing debt. When asked to be removed from list, they ***g up five different times. Refused to let me speak with a supervisor.
Received recorded message on my office answering ma****e regarding debt****itance...called to have number removed from call list and was ***g up on 5 consecutive times before speaking with someone who claimed they would remove the number, but refused to let me speak with a supervisor.

I have received numerous calls from this #, which is a company to manage debt. I called them and asked them to please remove me from the mailing list and asked to talk to their supervisor and the man on the phone told me to go to anger management cl***** and ***g up. I called them back to ask why they ***g up on me and they ***g up on me a***n. They are extremely rude and inappropriate.
This company calls in claiming to be a National Staff****istance company and then when you call they are a debt elimination company.
This company has a computer calling our office every day about debt elimination. I call to get removed from their list and they won't let me speak with a manager and just **** up
This is another one of those pre-recorded calls coming in to my employer's toll-free line telling me how important it is for me to call because I qualify for the "National Debt****istance Program".
They called my cell phone with a recorded solicitation. I called them the first time and ask to have my number removed from their autodialer. They said no problem. Got a call the very next day. When I ask they cussed me and ***g up. I called back and ask for a supervisor which brought forth obsence comments.
