I was used as a reference on a student loan. Now they call me with an automated voice telling me we have important business. When I call back the voice recording tells you it will be about 20 minutes before someone will take your call. I called, told them to take me off the loan. The next week they called back. I called and spoke to another person asking them to take me off. Also told them if it's a student they are trying to call who has a cell phone, who would want to waste 20 minutes of air time to hold. Went to Wells Fargo website they only have the toll free number to call or you can write snail mail. No online customer service unless you are a Wells Fargo account holder.
Not sure who it is but they keep calling and never leave a message.
They keep calling me asking about Julie. They have called me 50 times already and i have no clue who Julie is. Then one day, I *****ed at them to stop calling me. Two years later, they called a***n. SO F***IN ANNOYING!!!
