they charged my bank account $126 when I gave them my bank account info for $1.95 shipping of their free trial!

I cancelled my card as when you get a new one you get a new card number. However you must also cancel the order with acaiburn direct, because the credit company unlike with a current account cannot refuse funds once you have authorised it.I sent them back and sent a strong worded email. I didn't get refunded the money that had already left my account and i put in a scam complaint with my credit card company.

I spoke with Jennifer first when I wanted to cancel my order to which I was informed as a SURPRISE that I will be getting charged $59.95 for the order if I didn't recieve it and also the money that I paid for for the shipping ($1.95) would be unrefundable. I then spoke with Jay the supervisor, user id: 153401 who with an edge in his voice refused to help me at all. Despite me calling in within five minutes of me placing the order, I couldn't cancel it because it was already in 'transit' not just that but also the $1.95 that I paid for was so****ing that I couldn't get credited to my account. I couldn't speak with anyone because apparently there was no one to speak to and the only thing that I could do is write a letter to the Army Post Road Distribution. This is a scam. This is absolutely horrible.

just cancel ur credit card, NOT bank account with ur bank n have them sent u a new one.its possible n it stops them for continuously charging on ur card.

I Ordered the trail pack this morning sunday 10th may 2009, i tried to ring the number to cancel cos they charged me $22.95 instead of $1.95.After reading all about this scam i am going to ring my credit company up and get a new card so even if aciaburn do send my tablets they wont be getting any money from me, so i think you all should do the same and lets see how they like been out of pocket.

I just got *****ed by these guys as well just found 150 had been charged to my card for diet pills!! which i never ordered, have not even recieved the acai burn pills. These guys need to be shut down!!

If you are reading this, you are too late cause you already are *****ed!  They get you to try so****ing and then pour on other "Partner offers"  The charges keep comming to your card.  All of the cancelation nuimbers are different and if you don't call all of them, they won't cancel the others.

THis is not a free trial! you will be charged $60 unless you return the product.

I have fallen victim to the Acai Burn SCAM and I am devastated. I have recently been made redundant and I am now unemployed. These criminal *******s at Acai Burn need to be shut down.

I have tried to phone this number, but it keeps telling me that i cannot connect to the number. I stuppidly thought it was $1.99 for P&P and if didn't want more than ring the number to cancel.I looked at my account online after carrying out the transaction to be told that a £15 so****ing charge is pending. I immediatly rang my bank and they have said that i can't do anything until the payment has been taken.Please someone help: [email protected]

I ordered these pills thinking they were only a couple of dollers; but I hae already paid upto 150 GBP for these and I cancecelled and returned my order but they still keep charging me... they wont stop. I dont know what to do. They dont pick up the phone and its costing me a***** of a lot to talk to these people because of long distance calling; and the worst thing is they put you on hold and never pick up. I managed to cancel my order and get an cancellation reference but am still being charged. Its ridiculous

Free trail - I DONT THINK! I ******ly thought I'd try these tablets.  Never recieved them so phoned the number - too bad basically! No refund and then charged me $59.95 for more pills a***n not recieved a***n no refund. Also charged membership $9.95 and some other company called webaccess $4.95 all without my consent. Uk bank cant do anything even though I have cancelled the card!!!! Please do not make the same mistake - do not give your card details or you will regret it.

This is a racket! $4.95 for a 30 day trial HA! I returned the product in 10 days, they charged me $59.95 without authorization. This month I have three more un-authorized charges added to my credit card. DO not use this company, oh and the 10 days I took the free product, was a waist of time!

I'm on hold with them right now - for the billionith time.  I am ****ED!  I returned the pills (never opened the bottle either) after one day of receiving them with a return authorization number they gave me.  They do not show they ever received the pills, and will not refund me.  I ***g up and now calling a***n to get this resolved.  And what's with the $4.95 they are also charging me??  Fricken SCAM!
