unauthorized charges from my checking acct. for 29.95 are being taken out and i never even heard of these people (FIT FACTORY). You cant get ahold of them either, they just take your money.

I sure wish I had investigated this company prior to order a free trial of Acai Berry. What a headache. I just saw another charge for $89.31. I'll be calling them first thing in the morning to settle this madness.

I also received charges from the Fit Factory for $39.95 per month.  I ordered a free trial of some green tea for energy while going through chemo....I received my free trial (cancelled) it did not do anything.  I was very sick anddid not realize that I was being charges this 6 months.  I finally called 866-407-1022 and was told I would get a refund for 3 months.  I was very firm and was finally told that I would get 5 months refund. It took getting mad andbeing put on hold 2 times but the gave me a conformation for my total refund.They did sent me an email to confirm my refund, so we will see.Good Luck

I got a withdraw from my bank from Fit Factory and did not Order anything.

888-889-2045  What a bunch of scamers and these two companies are connected I believe.  Fit/fac and 4onlinehealthfit.  They charge your account and have buried in the very small print that there is a non refundable charge of $89.31 for WHAT I do not know.  My credit card folks are after them.  Yes, I was trying to get a free trial of Acai berry and never received it but they sure did charge my account a 29.95 charge when it was only supposed to be 3.00 for S&H.  Anyway I had to cancel my credit card.

I was charged $104. While this transaction was still sitting in the "temporary authorizations" of my credit card I cancelled the card. I now have to wait until the charge goes through, then dispute it. I ordered the "free trial" of the Acai berry (still have not received it 2 weeks later) and there was ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION of any program I was joining. In Alberta (not sure about other jurisdictions), this type of billing is illegal. I will be forwarding the info to the RCMP.

I received the same on my debit card for 29.99, when in fact, I only purchased the product for the trial for $1.00. If yo don't pay attention to your bank info, you would never know what this was about.Regardless if they were friendly or not, this is a way to steal extra money from under you nose. Ironically, they can't seem to get an open number to call to their original site but this one is wide open for calling.

I ordered the "free" sample and only paid the S&H, and once I received the product, I called immediately and canceled.  The girl kept trying to talk me into trying it for a longer period and I kept telling her I couldn't afford $50.00 a month.  After about 15 minutes she finally got the message and told me she would cancel further charges to my account and this morning there is a $19.95 charge!!!  When I try to call the number on my account it is not in service!!!

Like all others in this listing, I too was charged $29.95 by this company. It's a scam. I called and said I wanted a credit---NOW! The operator said she would credit my account within 3 to 5 business days and issues a confirmation number. Will try to remember to post a follow-up response if I'm actually credited. These companies drive me nuts.

I am back a***n.  Watch your account.  Since I posted on 10/31 I have had another charge to my account from 4onlinehealthfit for $89.31.  My bank has put a hold on this transaction, but now I have to call this company to give me credit for this amount.  My bank had to give me the number for Health Fit (888-899-2045) I have cancelled my bank card due to these charges and learned my lesson.

If you have another phone number to reach this company at besides this 1-800-660-8489, please share it. Every time I call the operator says no longer in service! I don't want to cancel my account, it there a way to talk to an actual person, who does not have an east india accent?

Yeah it happened to me too. I ordered the pills with the free trial offer of only have to pay for the shipping and handling, however I found a charge from Fit Factory  on may bank statements for $29.95, I went to may bank and they told me I'd have to go through a long process of papers to get my money back.  I googled the number on the statement and found this forum.  I called the number and was told I was charged the $29.95 as a monthly membership fee for so****ing...I told him I didn't want it and I didn't sign up for that, he then gave me a confirmation code for a refund.  I better get my money back.

This is a scam that s****s because of ordering the Acai Berry supplement... I called the number and they informed me that I had signed up for this weight loss program and that I had had 7 days to cancel and that I had not done so within the 7 days so they were going to let the charge stand but cancel the program in the future. When I politely told them that I was going to make a stop payment on the charge and asked if they couldn't simply handle it right here and now, they c****ed their tune and issued the refund... or at least they said they did... we'll see.

I fell for it too. and now I'm charged $29.95. I've been trying to call and get told I dialed wrong.

I also ordered Acai Berry. I was suppose to be charged 3.95 for shipping anbd handling. Now i got $29.95 out of my bank. I have not even recieved the pills. I am canceling.

I also ordered Acai Berry.  When I ordered it I was suppose to be charged $5.95 S&H only.  I was charged $29.95.   I called the number back and they said they would give me a confirmation code and I will be credited a refund.  We shall see.

It's from ordering Acai Berry. I ordered it about a week ago, and it said I would only be charged $9.95 but I got this on my debit card billing statement:"Fit Factory 800-6608489 3986728 6874 | $29.95"I called them at 1-800-660-8489 and asked them for a refund because I never agreed to pay $20 extra for a "trial period", and she gladly wrote me up for a refund in their system and canceled my order and gave me a confirmation code, so we will see if I actually get my money back...It was unfortunate but it was a very easy phone call to get my refund.

I got billed $29.99 for "fit factor" on my bank statements as well. I called the number and it gave me a busy signal like it was no longer in service. I had to cancel my check card and get a new one for them to stop billing me!

This # charges UNAUTHORIZED charges to your credit/debit cards. Call you Credit Union or Bank IMMEDIATELY to have the charges removed and to prevent any future charges - they will continue to deduct from your credit/debit card!

I keep getting billed $39.95 for this "fit factor" thingon my bank statments. When I call the Number 1-800-660-8489 the operator comes on saying this number is no longer in service!! Is there another way to reach these money grubbing people. Not everyone remembers to cancel a free trial, they should wait until You the customer contacts them about their product before billing them. Because of them I've been in the red on my checking account twice.

I also received the same billing! I called them and they were very nice, I nicely asked for a refund and I got it this morning!!! This company let me know it was my fault and it was I saw were it said I would have a FF trial, oh well they worked with me it was super easy!!!
