Woman who did not idenitify herself and would not identify herself called for a woman who I do no know and I told her to place this number on thier no call list.  She then stated that is not that type of company.   Not sure why they are calling as she would not tell me.  Also asked me if this is a new number I said no and I asked who is this and she would not answer so Ihen said I don't have to answer your questions either and put me on your no call list immediately and ***g up.

FYI, in Texas you can file a complaint via the Texas Attorney Generals website and I can almost guarantee the calls will stop immediately.  I have filed a***nst four different companies that were calling my number and asking for someone I did not know when they refused to remove my number from their call list I filed.  No more calls

I have been receiving 3-4 calls per day from this number for the past three weeks.  No body is ever there when I pick up.  I finally spoke with a person today and she was so rude, almost yelling at me, about a Bank of America account I don't even have.  I don't use BOA and I tried to tell her that, but she kept cutting me off and talking about my account number.  I asked her the last 4 digits of the card she was talking about and she was saying it was on my statement.  When I tried to get more info from her she ***g up on me.  This sounds like a scam.

The Government DO NOT CALL List is obviously not working well as these annoying people call everyone all the time!! They need to be audited by these complains and be charged for a BIG fine asap, otherwise they will keep calling to annoying a lot of people!!

Call regarding a Bank of America American Express card that I have. After answering the phone, there is 20 seconds of dead air and it ****s up. Does this every time they call.

My payment never arrived, so it got lost in the mail. They call everyday to remind me. I made out another check and mailed it out right away, but the **** calls keep coming. I was told the calls will stop when they recive payment. Is this not telephone harrassment? Should I file bankrup or what to get them off my back

This number calls me several times a day all times.  If an 800 number does not leave a message, I do not call it back.  The message this one left after the 10th call was " Please call this number back concerning personal business".  That is not an adequate message for me.  State your business and name of business that needs to reach me and I will call back. Do not leave me a cryptic message.  I just don't answer it now.

Like many of you they have called repeatedly @ home and now have s****ed to phone here @ work stating it is VERY important to talk to me. Never a name of who they are or what they want. This is very annoying especially since we have an unlisted # which we PAY to have unlisted.

These AHs call up to 8 times daily at all hours of the day and night.  On three occasions, I answered the call.  It is obviously a "boiler room" operation as I could many, many other conversations.  The first time, I asked the caller for their name and got the phony "Bill" or "Fred" or so****ing similar.  They refused to provide a last name.  I then asked for the name of the company to which the response was "Card Services".  I then asked for more specifics to which I received no answer.  I ***g up.  The second time that I answered (after weeks of multiple daily calls) I a***n asked for the company name.  Same answer:  "Card Services".  I was then asked why I needed the information to which I responded that it was my intention to turn them in as the phone number has been list on the "DO NOT CALL" list for years and that they were; therefore, in violation of federal law.  The caller then ***g up.  On the third call, I merely, very loudly, DEMANDED that they cease and desist calling this number.  The caller ***g up mid-sentence.  I no longer answer their calls.  They do not leave messages.W***ver "Card Services" is, they are, by far, the most persistent of any telemarketer that I have ever encountered.

They say they are FIA Financial and that they are calling regarding a WA Series VISA card and the first time they called they said the last four digits of a card, then they ***g up (I wonder if they messed up by giving me the numbers?). We know of no card in our possession with those numbers. For several days they called several times a day, and they called a***n this morning. I do not know what they want. They want to talk with my husband, and I gave them his cell phone, but they aren't calling it, but instead they keep calling our home. I've asked them to stop but they aren't.

They call often and specially on Sundays and demand to speak to my daughter. I am a single parent. I have asked repeatedly for them to stop calling and I have unauthorized them to talk to my daughter. They insist... They are aggressive and have treated not to stop a "process." My daughter does not have any credit nor should have. They are just using treats to talk to her. Also, my number it is in the “do not call” list. Cowards I am her ***her and legally responsible for her. They should only talk to me with.

They call for my daughter several times a day. I have explicitly told them they are not authorized to talk to her but they keep calling. My daughter does not own anything to anyone. I am the only one responsible for her and the only one that they should talk to, but the refuse to answer my questions. Cowards...

These people s****ed calling me about a week ago. Normally, I don't answer if the number looks unknown but since they kept calling I did picked up the phone a couple of times. First, there was a recorded message informing me "to please hold till the next available agent...". Needless to say, I ***g up. Next time I answered the phone with this number on the screen, there was silence at the other end of the line. If that's really BOA, I have no clue how they got my number abd why they call. I never had an account with them (and after this definitely never will) and I don't owe anyone any money.As of now, I decided to just press the Ignore ****on every time those people - w***ver they are - call. Helped me once before with another annoying company.

They call up to 12 times a day. Left message only once. They always asked for someone else and did not respond to my request to remove my phone number from their list. Recently, not a real person answers anymore, but a voice prompter. I don't answer the phone anymore when they call. It is annoying and has been going on for more than two weeks now.

This number called my cell MANY times but left not message. I called them back and after many inquiries, they still did not really tell me who they were. They said I had an outstanding balance on my B of A card, and would I like to set up a payment. They knew the last 4 digits of my card number. When I asked if they were the bank, they said no. This is obviously a scam.

Same number calls everyday and never says anything over the phone. When I answer, they **** up. I do not know who is calling and what it is regarding.

They called me also daily 4-5 times. They aren't looking for me so they won't talk to me. Because they still didn't stoped calling me. I used a very effective defensive weapon...a whistle. When they called me, I used the whistle. After 4 times useing the whistle, I don't receive calls anymore. Believe me, this noise is painful.

This 800 number has called us 12 times in the last few days all times of day even after 9 p.m.

I was 8 days late on my Visa credit card through Bank of America two months ago and since then, though my account is 4 dollars over and being a 21-year-old homeowner makes making grossly substancial payments over the minimum payment nearly impossible, I have been receiving these phone calls at least 3 to 6 times a day. I've answered before, followed the automated voice's directions, and when it came to speak to a representative, the line cut off and that was that! I've tried calling back once, and complaining to the Bank. It's all a seperate company responding apparently... it's all a bunch of s**t if you ask me! I work nearly 7 days a week and the phone calls interupt me at work and at home. If this is how a company treats their clients with only a $4.00 amount over the credit limit with a flawless credit history and an 11 year repore with the company, it makes me wonder how they'd treat new clients... especially in this "wonderful" economy!

Calling home and work numbers 3-4 times a day even if on do not call list. I am not overdue on any payments for credit cards. My boss told them to not call our office number as it was a work number and still calls come in 3-4 times a day.

I have been getting calls on my cell from this number anywhere from 10-15 times daily. That is no exaggeration. I have the call logs to prove it. I do have a balance with Bank of America, but this is clearly harassment. Confirmed: They never leave a message and the calls are focused in the early morning (7:00-8:00am) and early evening (7:00-8:00pm).My solution has been to add the number to my contacts and****ign a "silent" ringer.

Called my cell phone twice today.  First time no message left.  Second time I answered & they asked for someone who I have no idea who that person is.  I owe no one money & am confused how they got my cell phone number.D6W4

Calls repeatedly (about 8:30 a.m. each day) but never leaves a message, even on weekends! Caller ID listing is "Not Provided" which shouldn't come through at all because I'm set up not to receive unidentified callers.  I'm also on the "Do Not Call" List and don't owe anyone any money.  Based on all of this, I'm quite certain w***ver this is, they aren't a legitimate caller or business and I'd be very, very wary if you decide to answer.

This is BOA they called me and tricked me that i had done and interview and when i did call them back they were bill collectors...work on behalf of BOA...it was very infuriating...and unprofessional...
