I too am getting these calls. Claiming I owe $650.00 from a payday loan I took in 2004. I explained to them that I never took a loan and to send me proof. They said then cant send me proof until I make a promise to pay so****ing up front first. He said send me a $100.00. I told him to go to***** and ***g up. They called back 24 times at my work. Each time a co-worker told them I had left for a day and "Jolen" stated " I know she is there you b$5tch." Now this is my WORK. I ended up answering the phone to stop the insanity and gave him my cell # just to get him to stop calling my work. He called my cell and we talked in circles. I told him what he was doing was illegal and he sm**** said I know, so send me money and I'll stop calling you. He said he will continue to call me at work until I am fired. This is blackmail. I filed a complaint with the FBI who only said "dont send them money and just **** up" Yeah well thats all fine and dandy but in the meantime I have to put up with the harrasment. I filed a complaint with the FTC as well. Someone needs to stop this!

Tries to collect on payday loans which have already been paid. Callers have foreign accents but give names such as Julie Kidman, Brian Wilson, Neil Anderson, Dan Walker. Sometimes they call me at work up to 15 times per day.

Over 20 calls in 3 days. Right now it's been 7 minutes in between calls and they're still calling. Picked up once and they ***g up right away. Boyfriend picked up once also and she had a very strong Indian accent. Will not give any info about what they want. Had to **** up on them just to get off the phone. Scam. Also calls from

they call all the time  looking for a payday loan for $782.00 from 2004  but if i pay today  they will except 350.00 beause i sound so nice so i told them call my attorney as he ahndles all my finances im unable to handle any mondy  last time iw ent off on them  and they stopped the calls afor about 2 months  they ar always gonna download  my information  what the***** is that   and yes all there names are crazy  jim william s(  heavy accent)  tim smith (same guy) i acaulay tripped them up by calling terhm other names and them saying yes it is me  i believe they use other names like the fcc( fraud protection company)

Many calls every day

called 30 times threatening me at work. I told them not to call me. They said get use to it. Indian accent, and ***g up in my face.

I keep getting calls from this number and when I call it back it drops the call, sometimes after about a minute. Wish I could block it.

Help!! I just got a call from these people and I promised to pay them because they scared me so badly. What can I do??

One of my co-workers is receiving the call too.  We have a live answer policy so myself or one of two other employees is answering the phone.  My Co-worker requested they stop calling is work and has reported to the FTC.  They are still calling (14 calls by 11am on Friday).  Today we s****ed telling them that he requested they not call at his work, they say they have no other number (like I would give them one), this caller said he was their attorney and threatended to continously have all 800 operators call me over and over.  He followed through with the threat and called 12 time in 15 minutes.  He gave me my co-workers home address and social security number over the phone.

SAID I OWED A PAYDAY COMPANY FROM 2005 AND THAT I WOULD BE ARRESTED IN24 HRS.ALTHOUGH THIS IS UNTRUE,IT IS EMBARASSING WHEN THEY TELL YOUR EMPLOYER THIS.SO****ING NEEDS TO BE DONE.................

23 calls in 3 days Callers (collectors) refuse to give the company mailing address and threaten that collection calls will continue until a payment agreement is made and paid. CONTACT THE FTC AND FILE A COMPLAINT

27 TIMES IN 15 MIN THIS IS CRAZY

These people keep calling me and telling me I owe them money for a payday loan which I have never taken out and when I called the FBI they informed me that these callers were fraud and not to send them any money. when I told the caller this he ***g up on me and now he calls ever 5 to 10 min and just breaths on the phone I have called the FBI a***n and the phone company and this has got to STOP..... STOP CALLING ME I DO NOT OWE THEM MONEY1111

This is a scam that calls incessantly and tries to collect on bogus "pay day" loans. Everyone that I spoke to sounds like they are from India and do not heed warnings not to call. The same guy called me 17 times in 15 minutes as I kept ****ing up.

IT IS A SCAM! I got the same thing but they said I owed BANK OF AMERICA.

Called 9 times in one day. Never left message. Tried to call back but phone goes dead after number is dialed.

about every three months I get these calls.  The first 2 times Alex Williams called and made threats to have me arrested because I owe $1,000.00 plus interest from 2005 to the tune of $5,000.00 and if I didnt have it by the next day I would be arrested.  This week they called at least 2 times a day. Most of them is music.  I did talk to a gal katherine so****ing, Told her that I was a investigator and that the person she was calling was ******ed. Threw her for a loop. Then shortly afterwords Mike Dawson called, said I owed $250.00 when asked who did I owe, First Star bank, I told him funny the bank has c****ed names and also the amount owed.. Needless to say after a few&***** I didnt hear anything for 5hrs,Now they call and ****up if I don't answer. They were operating form florida, The scarey part is they have my full social security number. when they told me what the number was I told them it was not my number, he said < its not? no its not and ***g up, I only wish they could be caught. There are peolpe that fall for this and lose thousands. They also got the number for 1 of my employers and called them.

I have been getting calls from TRANSCOM Inc. ( 303-457-5897)and when I stopped answering my phone, I s****ed getting calls from an "Unknown" number. Then when I blocked the Anonymous calls, the calls s****ed coming from various other 1800, 1866, and 1888 numbers with (1800-670-2136, 1886-268-95***, 1877-740-3332).

I along with these others have received harassing calls from 800-670-2136 and they are calling my employment...they are giving threats over the phone and you can not trace call to have it blocked..they have numerous numbers as well as all the people that has called me is Prince Wright,Neil Anderson, Roger Daniel and many more...they are going to cost me my job.  I have called the FTC and  hopefully, this can be some help.

Anyone receiving calls from this number should report them to the Federal Trade Commission (1-877-382-4357). It is very easy to do and only takes a couple of minutes. The FTC will investigate this organization but only if they get enough complaints for the same phone number. I urge you to contact the FTC as I am also a recipient of phone calls from this number. They call me at work constantly and I've had to resort to not answering my phone or forwarding my calls to voicemail. I have been called by some of the same aliases listed in the posts on this site and other sites on the web(i.e. Chris Johnson, Neil Anderson, Michelle Johnson, etc).  These people will continue to harass you unless you do so****ing about it. Next time they call you, tell them you've already reported them to the FTC. Then, actually follow through and file the complaint.

I have been receiving calls from this company for months.  A few months ago I spoke to two representatives.  The first man gave a name, clearly not his,  told me that I owed money from three years back for a Payday loan.  When I told him that I had no idea what he was talking about he began threatening a lawsuit.  As I tried ending the call his "supervisor" got on the line, same name as the other man which was pretty funny, and continued threatening me.  I ***g up.  A month or so went by with no calls and about two weeks ago they s****ed calling a***n.  If you don't answer the call, some music is played and then a voice says "your call will be answered..." and after about a dozen of those I answered the phone, received that same message and stayed on the line.  A man asked if I was me and I said no, but could I take a message.  He gave this phone number and the name Mr. Harry Gill, he was not a Mr. Gill, when I asked for a message or company name he gave Weathcare Management and said that I would know what the call was about when I heard the name.  I Googled Wealthcare Management and they were not the company that has been calling me.  I will have the number blocked and I have been advised that if needed, I can file a lawsuit for harassment.  I'll see.

In the last 3 days I've received a whopping 29 CALLS from this number!! (800-670-2136) And to my CELL NUMBER on top of it!! It comes up as 'unknown' but finally after answering it I actually didn't get either immediately ***g up on or hear ringing as if I was calling someone & then put on hold (which I DID NOT WAIT FOR) a live person was at the other end. I told them I was not in so I could get the details and look them up first since obviously anyone who calls that many times in 72 hrs is obviously a scam! Now I know it for a fact! I got a first name, ALICE, and the same company name, WEALTH CARE NETWORK. From what I've read here they claim to be a payday loan collector??? Well then they have no business with me since I've never had one of those in my life!!! Guess I'll have to set them straight. I won't bother calling them back since I'm sure I'll have plenty of opportunities to inform them on one of the dozens of future calls I'm quite certain they'll make! I'll bookmark this site and follow up with my 'results'.

They are looking for the person who previously had this number. I've told them a few times to stop calling but they keep calling EVERY TWO HOURS. It is definitely an offs**** company with Asian accent who no regards to even debt collection law. Very rude and aggressive. SO I play games with them. I tell them I'm the person they are looking for and give them a whole line of BS implying they are going to get some $ for the bad debt. They get all excited.

Calls the house every 15 to 20 minutes. Asks to verifiy my last 4 digits of SS#. (I do not of course) Then every time they call, they give me a different amount I owe. I asked them for their phone number since it comes up as an unknown caller and they gave me this 800 number. I asked for their address and for them to send me a copy of the bill I owed and they ***g up.

Wealthcare Management calls me 10-20 times a day indicating that I owe a Pay-Day loan. That is not true. They will not give me any information about them. They identify themselves with American names however they seem to have Middle Eastern accents. I have asked them several times to stop calling.

My husband received several calls from a “Chris Johnson” from the phone number 800-670-2136 on Wednesday, September 23. He told him not to call that number a***n, and that he would call him when he got home to see what it was all about. He ***g up on “Chris”. He said “Chris called right back, and my husband's boss told him loud enough right at the phone that no more calls would be allowed. Well I called the number, and it had a double ring, like they have in the UK. An automated system picked up, and had a British female voice announcing that the next rep would take the call. “Chris Johnson” answered. I asked him what the name of the company was, since it was not mentioned when the call was answered. He said “Wealth Care Management”. I told him who I was, and that he had contacted my husband, and we wanted to know what the purpose of the call was. He never asked my husband if he could speak with me or anything. He told me to hold on while he pulled up the account. Someone by the name of “***ir”(sp) came on the line and never asked my husband if he could speak with me, either. This “***ir” and “Chris Johnson” sounded like the same person, both having Middle Eastern accents. He told me that my husband owed $783 for a payday loan he took out in 2006. Only problem is, my husband never took out a loan. He refused to listen, saying since he has the last 4 digits of my husband's SSN, and our address, that it means he took out the loan, and we had to pay it. I told him to send proof that he took out the loan, and owes the money. He said they have been sending out that information for the past few years. I told him that we never received anything. He got rude and said that just because we say we didn't receive it doesn't make it true. He told me he would report it to the credit bureaus, where it would lower our score by 25-30%. I told him to go ahead, because we would dispute it, and prevail, because he never took out the loan. He said he did, and told me the bank name. I told him I was not going to fall for his scam, and ***g up. I decided to call his bluff, and with my husband on the line, called the bank in question. Byra told us that the account was opened in 2006, but was never activated, and never had transactions of any kind. The account was closed. When my husband went to work the next day, his boss told him that “Chris Johnson” had called back the afternoon before, after being told not to call.

Message left over 5 times in 2 weeks.  When I call back I am put on hold and then ***g up on.  I have answered one of the calls from an unknown and he gave me the same name ALLEN HARDY.  Said I owe so****ing like $800 to some company I have never heard of.  I told him to send it to me in writing and ***g up.  He called back a few minutes later and I threatened to sue him for harrassment.  He still called back a day later but got my voicemail.  I have been hit by these people before for a sum total of $1500 in so called bills I owed to different companies.  I now have a copy of my credit report and if I don't see it on there I don't send them anything.  I also found out that a legal debt collector cannot call your work if you tell them not too on the first call and that if you request the information in writing they have to send it to you and can't call back. Some of these people say that they are from such-and-such fraud division and that they are going to be arresting you if you don't pay them now.  Tell them where to go and go on with your life.  It is a total scam and I have been a victim twice now.

I have been getting calls from an "unknown" number. Over the last few days they have been calling after 9pm and during the day. I answered the phone once and they said that I owed them 400 dollars for "payday" loan from 2005! I can't believe it. I had to beg for a phone number and this is the one that they gave me. He said he was from wealthcare management and his name is Jolen. We should report them. I called my state's attorney's office and they gave me this website - www.ic3.gov.

Chris Johnson, Rex McDonald would call me stating that I owe $780.00 to a Cal National because of a loan I took out.  Later they called stating that I owe $800.00 to Cal National and was trying to verify all my personal information.  I don't owe this Cal National anything.

I've been getting call for a week, they alternate numbers but all of them are showing up unknown. The call back number left was 18006702136. They call about 4 time a day but leave messages sparingly. I just ignore them, they have gotten me before but I will not fall for it a***n. Hindsight is 20/20

I'm getting about 2-3 calls a day from this guy named "Ryan Dcosta" from "WellCare Management"...would only speak to the guy he's calling for.   With all of the scam and s*** companies trying to steal information, I'll never let "Ryan" talk with the person he's calling for as I can't verify him or his company ANYWHERE.   P.S. -- Everytime he calls, it's either from a NO CALLER ID or 210-892-0019/SVC PROVIDER
