Terrible company - apparently they are called Nordan (sp?) collection agency . I have a new # and I returned the call and they were looking for previous owner of my # and I told them they had the wrong number and remove it from their list. I had 6 calls from them yes****ay I called back and waited 30 minutes to speak to someone who was terribly nasty and said they'd keep on calling, and the police couldn't do anything. I did phone the police and they referreed me to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs & i am now filing out an official complaint form.

I have just s****ed receiving these calls..annoying that they don't know how to leave coherent voice messages (it was a live person though and not an automatic dialer). Would definitely seem to be Chase as I just became a customer a few weeks ago.

I receive this phone call daily. I tried several time to reach Miss Unger, but never got through. These are very annoying. Sometimes coming twice a day. Isn't there some way to stop these.

Called asking for someone who no longer lives in my house. Told me she could not tell me what the call was about. She also told me that I have the my brother's number. It is a pay as you go phone so he is always running out of mins. What makes her think that I am going to tell my brother to call her and plus she said she "couldn't" tell me who she worked for. I also had to accept the phone call so it sounded like it was from a company or person calling collect.

7 calls in two days from this number. I answer, hear background noise, they they **** up. WHY????
