This phone number belongs to the Chewy company’s 24/7 help line. The company Chewy sells and delivers pet care products to your door. So far I have not had any problems with Chewy and I can’t complain.
Received a very nice postcard in the mail from Chewy advertising new online Vet Advice. I made a call to the 1-800 number on the card 1(800)672-4399. A girl answered and said she was just the call center type person and said to go online to Chewy.com under my account and either Chat with a vet or make a reservation for a video. After explaining what I needed in the chat it was obvious she was not a vet. Couldn’t provide any help at all. Identified name was Jennifer on the call. Block this number and escalate/investigate. Another cyber crime.

This caller is a nuisance. Somehow got my cell phone and calls non stop. Same with my home phone. I am sick of them.
