Call from Quebec. It is a recording. Says they aren't selling anything, the survey only takes 30 seconds and consists of only one question. If you have a land line phone in the house, press 1. If you only have cell phones and no land line phones in the house, press 2. They say that they understand that you may possibly be charged for this call, so they will reimburse you if need be. You just stay on the line and then press 3 when prompted to do so.

It's ASDE company based in Gatineau Hull , Quebec, they conduct a survey over the phone,,,so i don't care because they are a waste of time.

I googled number and apparently one website had a comment left that he switched cell phone carriers from Rogers to I believe Koodoo and he brought his cell number over to the new carrier and Rogers has begun selling these numbers to people or companies. IS THERE ANY WAY OF STOPPING THIS ****!!!
