Leave a CommentI received an email about a $249.00 charge for auto renewal for norton antivirus. This was the number to cancel the charge.
I wanted to cancel my plan and the man on the phone was telling me to hold down the window key and the letter R. He was trying to connect to my computer. I said no and he said F*** Off.
Said they were Geek Squad and our Norton Auto-Renewal was due. We don't use Norton computer security products,
Same thing as previous commenter. I received an email saying they were going to charge me $300 for auto-renewal. Then they gave me this number to speak to representative to cancel auto-renew. Surprise, that's not their number.
